I'm inside nt ESOPHAGUS in my throat it swellS up when I get anxious. I cant eat anything with additives preservatives i can't have acidic foods it tightens then I cant swallow nor breathe. CAN YOU CREATE A VIDEO FOR THIS PLEASE ?

Pau santo comes from the Amazon and means Sacred Wood. When they say "palo santo" it is in Spanish and does not correspond to the translation of the original word in Portuguese. Did you know that not all wood from the Pau Santo's tree is used for rituals? it only when a tree has died naturally, due to old age that has spiritual benefits. If you cut a Pau Santo tree, it will have no benefit. In addition, when the free dies of old age, it must spend a time of about 3 or 4 years, making its natural way of decomposition. It is in this curious period when, internally, the wood of this tree creates an essence, an oil that, when burned, will turn into a beneficial and spiritual white smoke, which will cleanse our bad energies. Found this video by chance and thought, ok I'll give this a go... When I tell you I have not felt this relaxed in... Well ever! I didn't even know I could relax my shoulders and legs the way I did while laying down listening to this! Did I sleep? No but I have severe insomnia and I've not found anything that really helps but I am just so genuinely happy and surprised with how relaxed my body feels! I have fibromyalgia and my legs ALWAYS hurt when I try to sleep but they don't hurt anywhere near as much as usual! I'm thrilled!
