Ja, das habe ich, ich mache bereits seit 3,5 Jahren schon ASMR-Videos, aber nicht solche langen Triggervideos - ich bin eher die, die redet, und wenn ich Triggervideos probiert habe, sind sie auf meinem Kanal nicht so geklickt worden, da die Leute eher andereres von mir sehen wollen/ gewöhnt sind. something that really annoys me is that so much of ASMR Magic’s videos have a lot more that a 1M views but people dont subscribe to her. shes the best frckn asmrtist and these people don’t appreciate her enough

If ur being serious I hope your okay and ave found some more ways to help with panic attacks, Ik theirs different things but how I deal with my anxiety attacks is I plug in my head phones listen to some indie music and focus on breathing in for 5 seconds then out for 6 hope I was some help xoxo
It stops my anger attacks in 3 seconds with is very helpful cause I don't get those attacks often but if I get one I'm breaking everything on my path which is not very good
