@@taydub88 yeah literally everyone knows these exercises. Seated shoulder press or military press for most, but machine shoulder press works too (I dislike it though). Lateral raises - probably with dumbbells but single with cables also work. And then either face pulls or reverse pec deck (I’m doing both currently - one on pull day and the other on upper body day).

Guys I’m 13 and today is chest, shoulder, and triceps and I am gonna do 3 exercises per muscle group which is a total of 9 exercises. Is that good or bad?

for the rear delt; I do cross cable flys. The cable I set just above shoulder height, ~eye height. Light weight, focus on mind muscle connection

best tip, if you do face pull... rope must be at eye level not through your elbows .. because mostly hit is your upper traps and less on rear delts .. unlike to eye level face pull all lateral and rear delts are more hit..
I do face pulls standing up.

I agree, I'll hit lateral raises with a lighter weight and do about 12-15 reps. Controlled medium speed concentric and a slow controlled eccentric. I also do about 1 warm up set, 3 working sets, and one burnout set. And after that I hit rear delts with a bench and very light dumbbells.

How often do u go up weight because I haven’t gone up weight for lateral raises in 2 months and I train 4 times a week
@@hryfa5487 shoulder muscles build slowly because there’s lots of little stabilizer muscles that need to strengthen before size can come in. keep overloading them consistently and they will come!🤙🏼💪🏼

@@hryfa5487 make sure you train to failure with your lateral raises. do half reps at the end when you can’t do full reps anymore. always go for as much reps as you can (I do 15-20 with lat raises).

@George I have been off for 2 months now, and I feel fine infact I have been gaining weight and muscle mass. I am 26 yrs old, weigh 150-155lbs can bench 205. I will be going to get my blood work done in a month. We will see how bad the 15 days messed me up hahaha

@@doflamingo3151I’d say do 2 for shoulder press and face pulls but 3-4 for lateral raises. Go to failure on all with partials at end of lateral raises. Also, you could try rear deltoid flys instead of face pulls 👍

also you can do lateral raises one at a time it could potentially help you focus on your delt more
I personally use a theraband for rear delts (blackroll has also a good band with some little divisions in a whole band, really handy) with my arms in front of me palm facing upwards, thumbs on the side and try to pull the band around me. The movement way is probably about an inch or less but it’s a pretty good exercise.

My boy needs to hop on trt, he’s ode small. Also talks openly about having low test (235 ng/dl) which is equivalent of 75 year old man. I’ve had low t and it messed me up, suicidal, depressed, low libido, no gains for a little bit. I hope he blocks these malnourished 12 year olds out and does what’s healthiest for him which is boosting his test up by doing trt.

Ya personally i use the same workout but i use dumbbells for press and a tip i wanna give is always do face pulls or some rear delt workout on back day so u can really get that well developed rear delts

Lol another bad way to hit rear delts face pulls are middle delt, a good rear delt exercise chest on the bench with a bit of angle so you arms don’t hit the floor… keep elbows bent slightly, lift the weight back with the back of your shoulders, if you’re feeling it in your lower back, you’re going too heavy
are belts worn mostly to help people remember to brace into it, or support purposes?

for lateral raises i pick 4 weights then superset through them as an example i hit 14kg for 15 reps then immediately i pick 12kgs and bang another 15 reps and so forth till 8kgs then i rest about 2 mins and do it again for another 2 sets. It sets my shoulders on fire.

I grew mine with only single arm dumbell presses, and EZ bar upright rows. Never did lateral raises in my life. I think lateral raises are overrated.
