IIT Bombay, one of the best engineering schools in India, is finding it hard to find jobs for 36% of its students this year. Other top schools like IIT Delhi and Kanpur are facing the same placement issue. Even with its top rank, IIT Bombay hasn't secured jobs for more than 700 of its 2,000+ students looking for work.
This situation makes many wonder about the job scene in India and if an engineering degree is still worth it today. This also requires us to ask the reality of IIM placements, the reality of IIT placements.

All this of gaining knowledge etc is good to listen and ALL the STUDENTS who join these elite schools in INDIA join for GETTING GOOD JOBS at the end of the day.
Your venture is promising to PROVIDE the service THAT these institutions failed to provide.
Do get good jobs from these institutes, but don’t depend on these institutes to get you the job. There’s a difference.
I think whether the interpretation is true or not, Indian Job Market is at real crisis. Only CSE, IT sector cannot provide jobs because they are just service providers, u need the base. If I speak economically then a nation needs first to modernise & diversify hugely it's primary sector - farming, fishing, animal husbandry etc. And simultaneously then there's need of a revolutionary boom in the secondary sector i.e the manufacturing or industrial sector. It needs rapid boost & diversification. Then mass poverty & unemployment will also go when maximum ppl starts working in blue collar jobs( same happened in Europe 150 years ago, China 30 years ago) that's how a nation comes out of poverty. As manufacturing sector booms, it leads to tremendous demand for engineers and all other white collar jobs too who guided it- and eventually even educated youth no longer remains unemployed. That's what the phases India missed & directly jumped to tertiary sector but there's no proper base to it.

If these institutions IIT/IIM won't provide placements for what hell they are charging so much fees.
Bhai o sc /st students hai generally jiska placement Nehi ho rha kyuki iits mai relative marking system hai jab e log reservation se aaynge to e log genral walo se complete Nehi kr pate hai jisse Inka cgpa kaam ho jata hai aur company ek fixed cgpa rakhti hai job dene ke liye aur 12 mai % bhi rakhti hai general walo ke liye 75 % required rhta hai iit/nit kr liye ohi sc/st ka 50% tab keha se inko job milga
They charge fees only from middle class general students. ST, SC & Gen EWS(
currently 6.1% are unplaced in IIT BOMBAY I read many articles regarding this..

That of 22 and they are saying 5 percent have not finded what they want to do so if u concentrate u will find 30-40 percent jobless..

Jobs/Placement is not important, CASTE BASED EDUCATION (doctor, engineer, scientist, IIT, NIT, IIM's etc ) system is important + best and talent based education is worst
We should not forget the person who making caste system ligel in india. Thanks to kalibagavan for making caste system legal in india
Education is for CASTE not for poor. and children's of Govt employee / doctors / lawyer / collector / rich people / ministers will come under tribel category, similarally orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... is not eligible to study because they don't have CASTE
Indian govt(After 1947): CASTE BASED EDUCATION (doctor, engineer, scientist, IIT, NIT, IIM's etc), Son of Govt employee / doctors / lawyer / collector / rich people / ministers etc... is eligible to study ( doctor, engineer, scientist, IIT, NIT, IIM's etc ) but orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... is not eligible to study.
British govt(Before 1947): Every one eligible to study without checking CASTE

You started good but ended pathetically. Whosoever income is less than 2 LPA & if General their wards get free education in IITs. SC, STs(Tribals as u are saying) whether rich or poor also get free education. Only General Middle Class have to pay fees. Along with that a huge ineqality in reservations exist on the basis of caste instead of class. This year's JEE Main cut off was 93 %ils for Gen but 60%ile for SC, ST, OBC. Their board criteria is 75 percent for Gen but 65% for others. One rich SC student can get IITB CSE by AIR 4000 but a poor Gen cannot who is AIR 500. So wtf are u shitting??😂
So yes the caste system is counter-produced in education instead of eradication. And British didn't pass education for tribals but "Criminal Tribe Act" under which any tribals can be arrested and hanged just for the sake of being a tribe without any trial. 😂 India's literacy rate was the worst in the world(along with civil war torn China)- 13% in 1947.😂 Every year millions of farmers perished. British law forbids you from having "oral s**" (section 377). 😂😂 Indian Penal Code was prepared to oppress & impose foreign power & subjugation of us Indians; still shameful it is there even after 77 years. Even Manusmriti & Sharia is more progressive & liberal than British Victorian Laws & penal codes.
You should instead say there should be no caste based reservation for removal of caste system but instead based on economic class so that General farmers, low middle class can also get equal opportunities. SC,ST, OBC, GEN tags be removed and everyone be categorised based on economic class & not caste. That's what can make things better.
