    English Translation: Basic muscle building workout will remains the same, No matter what your goal is, whether your goal is body building, men’s physique or simply fitness, exercises will be the same, the shape of muscle is determined mostly by genetics but the size is determined by intensity of workout, diet and rest. You can re shape your physique by changing the Weekly load on a perticular group of muscle that is how many time a week you hit that muscle. So for 90% of you a push pull leg workout routine will work best..In hot weather you should reduce the load on your muscles and can do bro splits. Also As age increases the rest period needs to increase. for example a 40 year old man may require 2 day rest whereas a 20 year old person may only need a day for recovery for a group of muscles.
    So go to educated coaches who are well versed with exercise physiology and anatomy.
