What we need is to find the root cause of the over-giving patterns… often it comes from childhood abusive situations or actions from people we love … this has to be felt and transmute from a deep inside trauma…🙏 sometimes even not conscious events… 🙏😌 and we need to deep dive to find out … thank you

At first I thought I have been lovebombed then discarded like nothing and ghosted. I thought he was a narcissist. Then when the telepathy started, the synchronicities, dreams, numbers, I could see his face when I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt like he was watching me all the time. It was like he was in my body cells!! then I realized this was something way beyond everything I could have ever imagined!!!

Trust yourself. Labelling your twin as a narcissist or yourself as anything is judgement! Less judgement and more love and compassion with strict boundaries. We are perfect just the way we are and all deserve love. ❤

On the ´´spectrum´´?? Aren´t we all? We are not all supposed to be the same! We are all individuals. I can never understand why people feel the need to say things like this, it´s not needed and simply asks people to judge. We are ALL on some sort of spectrum.
Speaking of energy and overgiving to my twin is never enough and one of the reason i bl9ck him 4 months ago till today because i feel my energy were pulled out of me. Leaving myself miserable and obsessed and anxious because i gave him the power of my energy. As i watch him and stalking his fb with a different account he is not doing spectacular things and that i got the point why he is some kind of a narc.
Keep all your energy to yourself, it builds within and we become very powerful. That is what they are here to teach us even if our ego does not like it.
