Yes consciousness is rising fast yes obsessive thoughts too ego killing so hurt heart beat fast sometimes. My TF is not feeling the same as me n it's ok. But he usually ask me who r u? He is me I know. He is toxic but he exposed his true side in front of me few days back n yes that's what I really want to grasp in me. And I did it. He don't know anything yet. I found your videos yesterday after i noticed my TF physically gravitating around me again this week after not seeing him at work for a month due to vacations. We've never actually had a real conversation beyond small talk, which i find very frustrating and confusing, but i embraced this time 'apart' to get grounded enough so i don't obsess about him too much and to stop chasing him (meaning always making myself available, waiting patiently in certain areas we both visit throughout the days) I wanted to keep the good vibes going and not make more 'mistakes'. I was totally expecting him to finally come to me for a chat, but he did the opposite and i spent most of my day in the familiar painful sad-pissed as all hell space. I feel it all in my stomach and chest. So i came back today, not to 'get my TF back' . My priority is to stop my suffering. I'm sick of the cat and mouse crap, and of feeling stupid for having expectations that will continue to be unmet. My ego must die. I believe there is something they go through as well. My other half told me a few weeks ago believe she really started reaching and open up more about loving me and wanting to be with me all the time said she could stop thinking about me and feeling emotions she hasn’t felt, overthink us. This last week she has pulled back a little but does text me still almost daily. I’ve been feeling more at ease with whatever happened, it’s in destiny’s hands now.
I agree, i stages have not really been stages they come and go and enter mix. However, the ego death did happen first which triggered for me what was really going on. Once over I still had a few weeks to a month or so of very emotional crying but a overwhelming feeling of love for everything, nature and life around started taking over which has been very beautiful and peaceful
I read the book twice and then gave to my TF when she said she was overthink things and had a couple issues pop up in her life that I could tell were weighing a lot on her mind however, I want to go pick up another copy to have and read again. My kundalini experience happened in a somewhat social setting on my birthday 😂 and I have not been the same since, like I’m talking layerssssss of the pain body were shed! Is it common for a kundalini experience to be a really intense ‘negative’ experience? Like for the physical body? Like instead of feeling love, it was physical pain of letting go (initially)? Or like I was dying. It was sooooo strange, like it almost felt like an out of body experience. I asked my friend to call an ambulance because I literally thought I was having a heart attack and thought I was having heart irregularities haha 😅 I was staying at a friends place for my birthday so it really came out of the blue (I guess the soul really does not know time) but the only way to get through it was to close my eyes, alchemise the energy through an intense meditation of surrender and geez I saw and felt some weird shit. And I woke up the next day and nobody understood and wow. It was like a moment of FORCED deep acceptance and that was the only way through it, or else the pain would continue. I kept getting the message “you have to go first”. And then I just accepted my death and everything felt neutral. It was like BOOM consciousness/ego death/kundalini all in one lol. It completely changed me. I have no other way to explain it, but I am not the same person since that experience and it’s weird because I woke up that next morning and I felt like I was surrounded by strangers it is so hard to explain!
I sleep more soundly because I know someday we will be together. I've accepted this could take years or another lifetime. I met a false twin first which led me to the real one. He is so angry that we are separated due to his rejection of my divine love. I accepted his decision and allowed him to express himself with returning his energy. His was cold and mine stayed warm. The fact that he's still mad confirms everything I know to be true about who we are. One soul. In the meantime I'm working to create the best version of myself and spend more time raising my vibration.

To me it felt like this really intense orgasm in my heart chakra it felt really good but at the time I had no idea what was going on. Thats the only way I could describe what it felt like. Wow! My twin flame and myself experienced all the symptoms of ascension simultaneously, in perfect alignment and pretty much instantaneously. I guess we assumed it was the way of all twin flames without exclusivity, my intuition told me twin flame. We didn't have a clue what one was but I needed to know wt was going on here. Hey Kurt, I've seen a trend where most of your videos have a starting point on the twin flame journey whenever a BREAKUP happens, but that ain't the case for us all. What about the first union with your twin flame? What about going through an ascension, experiencing synchronicities and overall awakening before meeting them in person? I happen to have met her online, now all of a sudden she's been COINCIDENTALLY (not the case of course) crossing my path EVERYWHERE for the past month... We have exchanged a few messages, liked each other posts, but haven't yet met. Experiencing run and chase, obssessive thinking, heart-ache, feelings of euphoria followed by sadness, and so on. Would be very cool to have an approach based on that.
For me personally what happened was that our energies merged while physically distant (we’re in different countries and never met in person) and it went on for a month and half . His energy just flowed throughout my body and I knew it was him. I sleep more soundly because I know someday we will be together. I've accepted this could take years or another lifetime. I met a false twin first which led me to the real one. He is so angry that we are separated due to his rejection of my divine love. I accepted his decision and allowed him to express himself with returning his energy. His was cold and mine stayed warm. The fact that he's still mad confirms everything I know to be true about who we are. One soul. In the meantime I'm working to create the best version of myself and spend more time raising my vibration.
Hey Kurt I had the same experience but when it happened in 2015 when I first was with my Twin. To me it felt like this really intense orgasm in my heart chakra it felt really good but at the time I had no idea what was going on. Thats the only way I could describe what it felt like. So thank you for for shedding light on what it really is.

Hey Kurt, I've seen a trend where most of your videos have a starting point on the twin flame journey whenever a BREAKUP happens, but that ain't the case for us all. What about the first union with your twin flame? What about going through an ascension, experiencing synchronicities and overall awakening before meeting them in person? I happen to have met her online, now all of a sudden she's been COINCIDENTALLY (not the case of course) crossing my path EVERYWHERE for the past month... We have exchanged a few messages, liked each other posts, but haven't yet met. Experiencing run and chase, obssessive thinking, heart-ache, feelings of euphoria followed by sadness, and so on. Would be very cool to have an approach based on that.
For me personally what happened was that our energies merged while physically distant (we’re in different countries and never met in person) and it went on for a month and half . His energy just flowed throughout my body and I knew it was him. Then one day I decided to message him about this bc I wanted to talk about it and it was then when he denied the connection and got involved with someone else and I went mental lol but he never stopped connecting energetically which is part of the reason I went mental.
