Thanks for all the great tips!! You explained all my questions I was having! Now I know why my chicken was always dry because I left it at 225 the whole time! Can’t wait to cook these today!

Thanks for watching! Yeah if you crank the heat up after some smoke you’ll keep that juice in! Good luck!

Kyle, you mentioned skins two times in this video, these are skinless thighs.
When you showed the thighs it was too dark.
How long did you cook at 350 degrees?
    Nice grill, thanks!

You said you went up on temp so skin isn't rubbery but they are skinless.

You know that makes sense, but if I smoke them the whole time the texture of the outside still has that rubbery feel to me, where as the higher temp helps with that. But good point ha! Smoke on!

@@grateandgatherbbq👍 i put a little olive oil on it before the rub and smoke it at 225 all the way. Good either way. Going to the house to get my smoke on.✌🏻out!

New drinking game. Everytime he says "chunks of bone" I made it to 2min 45sec.

Seriously; wearing gloves in your own kitchen. Protecting the meat or your hands. 😂😂

You should be clearer about temps. Temp of grill or temp of chicken. This did not make sense.
