    Good video. Try cooking them on the cool side. When they are about 150 degrees transfer them over to the hot side. After grilling them on each side for about two minutes they will have a nice color.

    I do 5 minutes on each side at 400 to 450 degrees comes out good every time

      Holy fuck thanks. A simple answer right away. I googled for 5 minutes and everything was different or I had to read someone's life story before finding how to do it. All I wanted to know was how long and at what temp. Thank you!

    How much charcoal did you use? 1 full chimney and we’re they lit all the way? Chicken looks good with the charred skin.

      I'd say I used about half a chimney, and the charcoal was lit maybe 3/4's of the way. Thanks for watching. :0)
