I love that you clarified the difference in how you lost the weight three years ago versus how you’re going to do it now! Slow and steady is definitely the better way to go❤️
You are soooooo beautiful and your personality just enhances your beauty 😍😍 I’m 32 and gained 40 lbs I lost a few years ago during quarantine. I’m following your fasting schedule and will update you in a few weeks!
It happens. Just get back on track. Sometimes the break is needed just for sanity. Health is important but we cant diet and fast all the time. I was 123 pounds this time last year. Im 129 now. 123-125 is my sweet spot.
@@reggisweat I eat very much the same way you eat except I eat chicken and fish too. I also fast every day but I ate all the treats for 2 months. Enjoyed myself. Now I am back on track and losing again. Still, the break was worth it. Life is short!
I just found your channel today. I’m 40 (turning 41 on Thursday) and a realtor. Thank you so much for this very honest video. I was on keto in 2019. Had a major surgery a year ago. I gained all over my weight back plus 20. ....and.....yeah. I won’t even say how much I weigh. But I just know I have to do something now. Congratulations on being married!
Reg, I knew it when I saw the video of that trip. I saw potatoes on a plate and said, NOOOOOOOOO! It's okay. Get right back on track. You have the recipe for weight loss success. Use it!
I understand the frustration but you still look amazing!! You can do it and also been gentle with yourself YOU doing amazing just get back on it! You’ve encouraged us not making light of who you feel but deep breath focus and handle yo biz! YOU GOT IT!!💕🙏🏽hugs
I’m so glad I found your channel today. I just turned 40 in March but I really believe the principles you’re sharing are applicable at any age. I’m loving your content and appreciate all the great quality info you’re sharing.

Good for you with staying in your new food lifestyle! It is usually a slow process unless you are fasting. Although eating plant based is sustainable. There could be numerous reasons for slow weight loss like food intake and certain foods that slow dow the process. Also, hormones play a big role at this age too such as adrenal glands or cortisol levels could be depleted due to high stress. I would suggest meeting with your medical provider to get to the bottom of it with lab work and if you like a deep dive you can check out my consultations on my website. www.regedited.com Lifestyle and motivation would need a more in-depth conversation. Keep up the good works! 💛
Your skin and hair get me every time! 😍 Thanks for sharing your truth and being honest with us, it’s a lot more encouraging and motivating when we hear REAL stories! Hope you’re staying safe and well 😊
I'm right there with you sis. The weight started piling on over the last few months of last year and by the beginning of this year I was up 17 pounds. It may not sound like much but I'm only 5'3 and I look like I've gained double that. 😭😭😭😭
I feeeeelz you Lady!!! I'm a yo-yo gal too. 🤪🤪🤪 You got a good plan. At the end of the day, it's cico. 2MAD helps me maintain, fasting is for losing. I'm trying to set my set point lower. It ain't easy. 💖 🔥 🌹
IMO, our bodies have a preferred set-point weight. Can we work hard and get under it? Sure! Just as we can eat too much and go over it. As a 58 year old woman that has been that person who worked hard to keep it under my bodies preferred set point for my whole life, it's time to accept ourselves for who we are. If that's 10 lbs, then it's 10 lbs. Focus on not gaining any more weight and love yourself and your body for what it is. Lift weights and tighten up your muscles. Those clothes will fit the way you want without having to be 10 lbs lighter. Sending love...
I understand you. My weight fluctuates too. Right now I'm doing my first 36 hours fast to kind of kick off fat loss. Will see how that goes. Let's not give up on ourselves.
@@sistersister9286 oh! I'm not giving up on anything. Just learning to accept myself for who I am. My diet is still very healthy and I've been a gym rat for 40 years, 5-6 days a week. I guess the only thing I'm giving up on is an unrealistic version of myself. It's one thing to be 100 lbs overweight but 5-10 lbs? It's not worth it.
Thank you for this commentary. I am in the same mindset. I think we can easily get caught up in chasing a certain weight for the rest of our lives. I refuse to do it. Not giving up, but my focus is being healthy: eating well (healthy, comforting and to satiety), moving and building strength in my body and keeping my stress down. And most importantly loving on myself!!!
@@reggisweat Thanks for responding! I appreciate it, it’s helpful to know that others are navigating a new lifestyle while still serving up the typical style for others. I’m the only plant based person in a family of seven and I’m the 🧑🏾🍳. 🌱💪🏾💛
Wait, you’re not in your 20s? I hope that isnt rude. I’m 21 and you look just like one of my favorite youtubers “misako Envela”. Man you are beautiful 🥺
I’m looking at you thinking you look beautiful at the current weight. Is it possible that the weight you have in your mind isn’t the weight your body would naturally sit at? Or is it possible that you have lost muscle mass? I’m new to the channel. I’m not sure is you also exercise to maintain muscle.
All things are possible although I always had exercised with weights, weight resistance and walk/run intervals to stay toned. A new set point on weight could be a a possibility but not so comfortable with it right now. Thanks for asking! Much appreciated and glad you’re here! 🤗💛
🙄So you teach starvation diet and now you gain it all back "shocking" because you did it the unhealthy way. If you do it the right way you can enjoy almost all type of foods in moderation even if it's unhealthy, instead of depriving your body. You also can snack in between meals if your hungry and water doesn't do it, it's just what you snack on. People need to think for themselves, do your own research and stop listening to these people that's not giving you proper and upfront info until after they failed. Everyone intermittent fast when you sleep, your body is in fasting until you break your fast. It's what you eat and how much you eat and exercise in order to lose or maintain.🙄
I love that you clarified the difference in how you lost the weight three years ago versus how you’re going to do it now! Slow and steady is definitely the better way to go❤️

@@reggisweat yessss lets get it sis. Congratulations on your nuptials. 💕💕💕
I feeeeelz you Lady!!! I'm a yo-yo gal too. 🤪🤪🤪
You got a good plan. At the end of the day, it's cico. 2MAD helps me maintain, fasting is for losing. I'm trying to set my set point lower. It ain't easy. 💖 🔥 🌹
True true my friend! That set point can and will be accomplished again! Thanks for commenting! Missed you. 🤗💛
My pain!!! I lost 96 pounds on Keto between November 2019 and November 2019 and then... quarantine and DoorDash!! 😩😩
Aww...it will be ok! We can do this together and refocus! Hang in there sis! 💛🤗
Me too.....
Hi 🙋🏾♀️ Are you 100% plant 🌱 based now? And your partner too? Thanks for sharing online!!
Hi there! I am 90% plant based. I still eat Fish and eggs occasionally. My hubby does not eat the way I do. Its a battle. Thanks for commenting! 💛🤗
@@reggisweat Thanks for responding! I appreciate it, it’s helpful to know that others are navigating a new lifestyle while still serving up the typical style for others. I’m the only plant based person in a family of seven and I’m the 🧑🏾🍳. 🌱💪🏾💛
Same boat. I gained 10 pounds. So annoying.
I am with you my friend! 🤗💛
Wait, you’re not in your 20s? I hope that isnt rude. I’m 21 and you look just like one of my favorite youtubers “misako Envela”. Man you are beautiful 🥺
Thank you for the kind words. Misako could be my daughter. I am humbled. She is lovely. 💙
You could've intermittent fasted on trip. I love your hair. You have to change it up with fasting.
Why does a basic requirement for survival such as eating need to be so complicated?
It doesn’t…we as people and society make it complex. I know I do sometimes! Especially when processed foods were introduced into modern day. 💛
Emotional eating...my nemesis
Count calories 😊
What I'd give to be 132lbs. Sigh.
