Would’ve been interested to see a quick shot of the digital edition laying horizontal to see how sturdy it is with those feet holding it up.
I just want y'all to know that I have been watching this channel's unboxings for about 4 years, and this channel is probably the BEST unboxing channels out there (in my opinion), and a perfect channel to just make yourself relaxed and calm. Thank you for all the effort on your videos. :)

1st reviewer to buy a loose disk drive that I saw and the stand, is why I
Back in 2020, I couldn't buy one and I said to myself --- that I'll buy the slim. It's 2023 now and 2024 is closer. Time flies faster
And i still can't buy it 😭
For real,it really sucks not being able to play it because its either too expensive or we don't have the money to purchase it,still playing on ps4😟.

3:13 GT7 runs at 4K/120hz, you can set performance mode with ray tracing or high frame rate.
I for one truly and sincerely appreciate you sharing this entire experience and video with us mate. I’m on the verge of purchasing the Japanese Slim Digital version and I was worried what could be different vs the western version and I was relaxed about the fact that it doesn’t have too much of a difference. Thank you!

I just ordered one a few days ago. This will be my first PlayStation console since my PS2. I can’t wait! I was a bit concerned when I read that there wouldn’t be a vertical stand included but I must say it looks super cool with the horizontal stands. Plus I hear that the liquid metal has leaked in some cases when the console is standing.
Could you explain this to me properly?
@@Guia-anonima-gk3qy Sony uses Liquid Metal on the cpu instead of thermal paste and apparently in some cases people have experienced the Liquid Metal leaking down. So some people have recommended that you lay the console flat so the Liquid Metal stays on the cpu and doesn’t leak downward onto other components or your cpu doesn’t overheat because there won’t be anything there to exchange the heat between the cpu and cpu cooler. I don’t really know though I just saw a video about it and did little research online. According to an article I read, Sony says you can stand the console up vertically and that the Liquid Metal leaks are “rare cases” but I wouldn’t want to take my chances with a $500 console.

No it’s not?? That’s only the digital. The vertical stand isn’t needed. It’s only needed if you wanna be extra safe. Should stand fine on its own

getting the digital standard and the portable slim look nice with the sleek design

Looks fine, not a fan of the DRM for the disc drive but hopefully I’ll never need to change to this model. Waiting on the Pro for an upgrade.
Only downside is I suspect that will need a separate drive as an add on to keep it at 500-600.

I heard when the normal PS5 came out that the consoles had a lot of problems. E.g. that they break after a few weeks of use or that the connection to the console becomes defective
There is no difference. This one is Just slimmer and has 8 GB more, but I ain't paying higher for 8 gb

If you don’t already own a ps5 this could actually be really good but if you already have a ps5 I don’t think it’s worth it to switch to this since it doesn’t provide any meaningful changes like better performance or being silenter
Beside a 1tb drive
Once the OG PS5 stock is depleted this new model is the only way to go. It’s technically not called a slim by Sony as it’s a direct replacement for the current PS5
