Mam my manager is harassing me a lot because of this I search new job and got the offer letter with notice period of 1 month but my company official notice period is 3 months . If a company doesn't agree for buyout what action should I take for early release

Hi Mam,
My notice period was 90 days but i have served for 1 month and opted for buyout as i was relocating to different country.But now they are calculating the buyout on gross salary and it is not mentioned in my offer letter.I have asked them to calculate on basic salary usually big organisations do this practice only.They told me everything cannot be mention in offer letter and we will we calculate on gross salary and if you dont pay we will send to legal team.
What kind of action they can take.

Hi, in my offer letter it was written that 30 days notice period or pay salary in lieu of notice… but I talked to my manager and ask him for early exit and requested him for the approval to decrease 10 days from my notice period I didn’t ask for buyout or payout I didn’t mention it anywhere. I just made a simple request he agreed to my request and approved my request but he didn’t mentioned that whether I’ll have to pay for rest of the days. When I verbally asked him that do i need to pay fr the remaining days he denied and didn’t let me talk to HR saying that its internal thing nd he’ll manage it. Later in fnf statement they send a bill in which I was liable to pay for the days I didn’t work.

Ma'am I am working in ABC company but in my offer letter the option to buyback is not mentioned anywhere and I have got an offer from another company but my notice period is 90 days but they need me to join by 30 days as they need immediate joiners otherwise my offer would ve cancelled. So what should i do now??
