Police are criminals…
@@PrinceTaewhat does the second amendment have to do with the? Are you suggesting shooting the cops would have been more productive?
You just earned a NEW FAN Afroman not just for the music but the courage to post the blatant hypocrisy in the police force.
That has to be the most asinine lawsuit ever. You can’t sue police for anything even when they damage your property when they raid the wrong house or make a raid based of patently false information by a “confidential informant” but THEY can sue you because you make money to repair the damage THEY did… and to make fun of their stupidity.
Yes you can lol at least know what your talking about but I agree this is asinine lawsuit they have 0 case
Government corruption at the lowest levels. Cops are the muddy barrier between the poor and the elite. A buffer, if you will. Paid henchmen. Some are cool. Very few.
@@Dgafsrangeryou literally cannot sue an individual police officer for their actions as officers if the department backs them up. It's called qualified immunity. You have to sue the department if they claim it was within policy
@@LetsTalkAboutPrepping Nobody is suing the police. The police are suing Afroman. rewatch the video.
This is a nuisance suit. They don't intend to win the case, they were hoping he would just settle instead of take it to court. Because it would have been substantially cheaper to comply and pay the extortion rather than fight it in court. Now you know why anyone can sue anyone for any reason in America. It's for strategic suits. This should be an anti-SLAPP issue, hands down. He has a first amendment right not only to voice his dissent, but to record and show the recording of the police in their official capacity.
You go Afro Man! First I have heard of you and you have my vote!🎉😂
How can you have "reasonable expectation of privacy" as a public official conducting official business?
Apparently homeowners in America have no expectation of privacy, if somebody tells them you are growing weed they can just kick down the door with guns and kill your dog.
You don't, that lawyer was just spewing bs nothingburgers. I cringed when she said that.
They are public officials. People can show them on social media all they want.

The level of insanity behind this is next level, the police could literally do nothing worse to damage their reputation and embarrassed themselves than a child like greedy money grab lawsuit like they're doing. I truly hope this goes to trial and they are forced to disclose uncomfortable amounts of information. I fully support LE but this is shameful!
if youve been following this story you can already see how much they embarrassed themselves, they continually do things that are pathetic. i really recommend looking into it, they are literally holding a grudge against him and are in a battle with him over nothing.

But...they should be embarrassed for acting on bad information.
This should never happen. Military tactics need to end on the public. Unless they have really done their homework and know there is an actual threat that calls for this kind of action. Doesn't matter what the law really is when half of the judges in the country are crooked. Why do you think they brought the lawsuit? Because they already paid the judge.
@@codybeck5425 they don't have to pay judges. They naturally look out for each other in small towns. An on-duty police officer who is working on the tax-payers' dime, and in a private citizens home, has NO right or expectation of privacy. They could however argue that their image/likeness is being used for commercial purpose without their consent. But it's incredible unethical IMO for police officers to sue private citizen's when they themselves have qualified immunity.
I agree with you until you say that “using their likeness or image for commercial use “ that just makes no sense because you cannot identify the officers individually in the videos but they themselves “the ones suing” are literally telling on themselves” and also have been telling on themselves, also it’s private property, that’s Afromans domain, he has a right.
