Check your chain tension and lift the bar while you tighten the bar nuts. I have 3 cs-400s 2 of them have a lot of use. Never had a problem throwing chains off. I check and if need be tighten chains at every tank of fuel.
@@forrestj1964 When I watched your chain installation process, I knew exactly why you were having problems with loose chains. Josh Wheeler is correct. ALWAYS lift and hold the bar on a chainsaw while tightening the bar nuts or your practically guaranteed a loose/thrown chain. You can even "roll" the powerhead forward on the bench till the bar lifts or place a piece of scrap 2x4 under the bar as well to hold the bar up while tightening.
You should show us the whole mechanism while you’re installing so we know what you’re doing there.
Consider a mic & positioning the camera over your shoulder. Otherwise great video of the girls bike.
Lol
And vacuuming the chainsaw? Who does that?? Wow 🙄😂
My CS400 has had the chain come off one time over 2 years of somewhat heavy use.

Thank you, appreciate your input.
