That ASMR opening.... I had my headphones on and that door knock happened in my right ear, right in the direction of my door. I was shouting 'Yeah? Yeah!? YEAH!?' for a minute before realising it was on the video....
I nearly broke a window (to my right) with that opening
Thanks very much!! :)
And remember to wear your very best WHITE SHIRT while working on your chainsaw!
Yup!!
Why take off the chain and bar? There was really no need as they were replaced in exactly the same position as they were removed with nothing being done to them.
It doesn't cause any harm or add much complexity, but keeps things safely out of the way, preventing the bar from rubbing against the bolts, and the chain drive links from putting pressure on the bar.
It's not likely that much damage will happen, but it's good practice for idiots like me that might torque the bar a bit.
I want to see the entire process. That means a filthy dirty, oily saw. Take it apart, clean all the crud away, all while wearing that clean white shirt! Many factory techs never see or deal with dirty used, rusty equipment. I remember the days when I worked on automobiles in a flat rate shop. Those Chilton and Motor book times were sometimes a fraction of the real time it would take to make a given repair. That's because the times were based on ideal conditions. No filth to clean off first. No seized parts that required torches, ect. Dirty , rusty work = real world times.
How much does this part cost?
Your showing a 355t,then switching to another model- WHY would you do this??? I can’t find anything that explains how to change
out a 355t brake band. Help
Hey ! I took the housing off of my ECHO 4510 today to give it a good cleaning and I can't get the damn to thing back on. It doesn't want to sit flat anymore. It rocks back and forth like something is catching but I can't see anything that is in the way. Any ideas ??
MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND MAJOR IN NON-RETARD STUDIES. WITH A MINOR IN SHUTTING UP AND FIGURING THINGS OUT
loosen the chain tensioner rod, it will get in the way when you go to put it back on
Check to be sure the chain brake is not engaged.
My brake lever won't move. How do I fix that?
The spring requires a tremendous amount of force to compress. You will need to have it attached to the brake lever or use a long pair of pliers to move it. -Mark
Doesn't show how to if seized locked
You throw the band out
Very lame. Why not try and fix the original parts? Any moron can buy the new ass.and put it on. My brake just locked up and some of the little parts in there are out of place. Not buying a $60 to $70 part that is not needed anyway, it will be easy to take the band off and do away with it.
This is NOT a 355t,why would you switch out to this model??? Their not REMOTELY the same brake band system! Dishonest waste of people’s time!
It's an echo CS-400, don't know what your fuss is
@@eugenecrabs3954 Again-Their NOT the SAME! Is what the issue is.
@@plugger4945 He never said it was a 355, or I'm just going crazy
You're not even touching the brake band, which is that round metal ring wrapping on top. That's the brake. What you're doing is just replacing the tensioner.
