I could never imagine being that huge. I’m chunky but I’m nowhere near close to these people. I’m trying to lose weight. I actually had a major surgery and don’t have much of an appetite, so I am taking advantage of not eating much as I recover. So I hope when I feel back to normal I continue eating light meals
Sounds like a solid Plan. Great thinking to take advantage of the moment. Just make sure to keep calorie intake around 100-200 below your passive burnrate , listen to your body and you should be fine. Along with plenty of water should one ever feel overly hungry, as it can help a lot. Personally what worked best for me is no sugar, low fat, low carbs and a whole lot of protein along with mostly lean meats and veggies. Just don't feel discouraged if it ever seems like nothing is happening. I noticed it a few times that the body appears to have "brake spots". Sometimes it took feelably ages to drop below a certain number of Kilos... but eventually one always managed to get below it eventually.
These videos make me want to continue eating healthy and exercising. I hope these people/people who suffer from eds get better and make it to a healthy lifestyle. Keep up these videos
Please Plot Twist drop some NEW content not reruns.
Totally, I said the same thing and someone wrote me back and said "don't watch anymore then" LMAO

That poor Lupe, she's literally a ball...sometimes some of the people have SOME definition but Lupe doesn't. She's just...round. Poor woman.
😂😂Your funny 😂😂
I'm shocked to see people like 5-6 times bigger than me.

If they were forced to eat only healthy oods for a month their cravings for fast food would be nearly gone.
