Kinda sad you had to sell that beautiful pontoon. The problem you had with the hanging seats could have been fixed really easy. Just by using a section of aluminum or better stainless steel box tubing the size those receivers would have slid into the width of the boat then bolts roughly every 3 feet thru that cross frame. Add an inside bolt between the receiver and the cross tube. We did it on one of my bosses friends pontoon boats to mount a hammock frame off each side that could also take a 2 foot wide half length aluminum carpeted platform for dive gear when cleaning boat hull bottons.
I hope you do another pontoon boat rebuild. This project was by far the most interesting one I’ve seen you do. Ten times more interesting than the cars.
You can have a cover made pretty cheap for the fire pit.A piece of sheet metal, if you know someone with a press break they could bend the edges down for you like the original. a can of hammer finish black or silver paint and your done. It doesn't have to match since it is the center and two tone would look fine and go with the gray black colors of the boat.
I don’t understand how you only have 120k subscribers. Your content and editing quality is better than most people I watch with over a million... you’ll get there soon! Keep up the great content
I probably watch each episode 3 times as I did a rebuild of my own pontoon boat! Your videos inspired me and gave a lot of great tips which helped me rebuild my pontoon boat!
This series was great! You’ve got me inspired to maybe rebuild an old pontoon. We’ve rebuilt our camper a few years ago, so I think I’m confident in doing something like this. You did great work. Thanks, I look forward to the new pontoon you’re working on.
For the fire pit cover, You could have a sheet of stainless made to fit with rolled edges. That would be quick easy and good looking. Plus you would not be spending time building the replacement. There are lots of shops with the equipment to easily do it. I really like watching you figure out new and different way to mod and fab things. Look forward to the next big thing.
By the way insanely great job on the rebuild...I love to see Young people like you that have craftsmanship and the drive to do this..once again great job...keep it up brother your killing it
I'm not really a boater but I was just thinking when you set sail with all your friends: "Gee I wonder if he has life vests for all those on the boat?" when you cut to the scene where the patrol had all of you put them on to see if anyone didn't. Great series - I think someone will be getting a great deal on this awesome boat! Enjoyed watching this project and looking forward to the next one!
I was just in Crystal River a few weeks ago... too bad I missed you. The opening sequence of my last video is from one of the canals. Hope you saw the Manatees and Osprey nesting out there. Beautiful place!
Sad to see this series end but on to the next as you said! I found your channel a couple days ago when I was looking at an older pontoon that needed some TLC as well! Bro, your videos were inspiring! Now I’m the proud owner of a 20’ 1991 Starcraft lol. Hope you’re doing well, and thanks for the entertaining education and information! I look forward to following your channel from now on! P.S. 25k was a steal for that beautiful piece of magic!
I don't boat, or fish, or even party anymore, but I finished this series in two sittings and I can't wait for the next big build. Your UA-cam game is strong my man
Another great showing of your talents. What’s cool is knowing something you’ve built will add the same fun to someone else’s life too. This will be sold within a week or maybe today man!
I found your channel because of Samcrack and I found Sam's channel because of Tavarish and now I find myself watching your vids more than both of them because I can connect with you more. Love your vids bro, keep being awesome.
That's a fair deal at 25K. That motor hanging off the back validates it should be sea worthy.... Watching the build it's not cobbled up. I did a simple once over on my Pontoon and it's not cheap to go through one and not to mention the price of add on's quickly stacks against the old checking account. I did one thing on my Pontoon that is pretty much one off and I have never seen it and it's in regards to getting into it. Not everyone can easily access it so I used a folding ladder setup for RV's and was super simple. It definitely gets attention at the ramps.... Nice boat....
Such a fun series! Turned out so good. I discovered your channel with this build and have been hooked since. Excited for the next big thing! Also, should have bumped the price up a bit with the lack of inventory.
Dude I absolutely love that boat I hate you getting rid of it. Wish I was wealthy I would send you a check for it and let you keep it haha God bless brother
Those hanging chairs were a great idea... I think if you had run that structural member (box steel) from one side all the way to the other using the floor of the boat for support it may have worked out differently. I may take a shot at that myself. I am infatuated with the tri toon modification. HOPE cost is noted as I have not seen or heard yet....but did not finish watching this segment yet... on my list.
Cant wait to see what you do with the money you do from it! I am sad to see it go but if it means more great content than it is for the best, can I suggest doing a restoration of like a old ski nautique Malibu response or master craft skier? If u look carefully u can find some for under 10000 and with a good restoration u could probably sell it for over 40 or 50k if it is in like new condition when u r done
Sorry about the fire pit cover. Bummer. Have you considered cutting/milling a HDPE cutting board to fit? I've enjoyed the series. You do great work, both with the videos and the work!
I'm not a boat guy, but damn if I'm not sad to see you sell this. You did amazing work on this thing, despite the first attempt at flooring not working out, I think I like attempt #2 better anyway. Hope you get your asking price and you put that money toward whatever your next awesome project is!
Guy's smart, paid a fraction for the boat, much of the stuff (the pricier bits at least) were sponsored and so most of the investment is in labor, which is paying itself back on these videos. With the shortage of boats and materials in general while some folks have the funds to go in for it, he'll probably settle for $17-20k and still be profiting a whole lot from the whole thing. Wait 6 more months when the shortages are hopefully sorted and boat season is out and get another, probably larger, for a bargain, only to build it better and benefit from the sponsors.
Looks like a nice boat, you done well. I'll give you 26k if you throw in 1k worth of primo grade locally produced devil's lettuce and a frozen pizza to help cool off in the hot sun. If you dont want to go for that, then another option is to trade it up for a cabin cruiser and then keep trading up until you've got your first cruise ship.
For a second could have thought you were here in Ontario Canada when the police stopped you guys. People still getting fined here for having gathering at cottages if your not all from the same house lol
First off, I don’t know anything about the law. Saying that, to be safe I would recommend consulting an attorney in regards to reselling your custom builds. If someone is injured later or something fails I would worry about being sued.
Also, you have a brand to protect. You’ve got your brand name plastered on your build so if someone else does something bad later it may reflect on your goodwill.
Pontoon is SOLD.
Thank you all so much for this incredible journey. More pontoon content coming soon.
Nooooo..... I saw this video too late. I wanted it.
Nooooo I was gonna come look at it I'm right down the road
Did u buy a new boat or is it the same one
Did you get your asking?
Kinda sad you had to sell that beautiful pontoon.

Same!!!
Same!!
One easy fix for the fire cover would just be a wood inlay with sealer to match the bar top
Yeah, I think it needs something and that would look slick.
That’s exactly what I was thinking 🤔
Or brushed stainless steel, simple, cheap, durable...
thats what I was thinking. just take some scrap from the grill perch. tie the wood in nicely throughout.
Yes I thought the same
I really enjoyed all of these episodes. Sad to see it go. This build is how i found your channel. Looking forward to more of your ultimate rebuilds!

IT'S AWESOME ZAC, TIME FOR BIGGER BETTER BUILDS
YOU'RE ROCKING THIS BROTHER AND WE ALL KNOW SOMETHING EPIC IS COMING 👍🇨🇦🤌
I probably watch each episode 3 times as I did a rebuild of my own pontoon boat! Your videos inspired me and gave a lot of great tips which helped me rebuild my pontoon boat!

Thats a bummer man, amazing boat build. Loved watching this build come together!!
Cool boat. I love the led lights on the trailer. Runway lights. Thanks for sharing.
Been a pleasure watching the build. Life is short so enjoy it daily.
25 grand is a really good deal and I love how you make sure that the boat has no problems before you sell it

That was an awesome build to watch glad to see you at least had fun and made a few memories before passing it on

Man fun times on the boat! But I know you got bigger plans coming 👌🏼🔥
You could do a wood inlay cover for the fire pit that matches the bar. 👍

If I had the cash, I'd be on my way from Texas right now. Love the build! Can't wait for the next one
Such a fun series! Turned out so good. I discovered your channel with this build and have been hooked since. Excited for the next big thing! Also, should have bumped the price up a bit with the lack of inventory.
Seen this boat on Facebook market place and was like “hey I know that boat” lol
Dude I absolutely love that boat I hate you getting rid of it. Wish I was wealthy I would send you a check for it and let you keep it haha God bless brother
Whoa that hammock add on is brilliant!! Looks amazing! 👍🏾
Lol you didn’t watch the whole video did you
I did, it did look great, but he didn't have time to make it work
Those hanging chairs were a great idea... All Good Things... on to the next project. Cheers mate.
Bro you put so mush hard work into that boat I hope that you do more boat rebuilds please
Cant wait to see what you do with the money you do from it! I've enjoyed the series. You do great work, both with the videos and the work!
Great job on the boat! Someone will really enjoy it!
Love the way you think outside the box. Great series. 😎👍👌
Hope you get what you ask for.. In my eyes its worth more!
Cut out a piece of black slate tile. It will have a good look with texture and weight to it.
I'm not a boat guy, but damn if I'm not sad to see you sell this. You did amazing work on this thing, despite the first attempt at flooring not working out, I think I like attempt #2 better anyway. Hope you get your asking price and you put that money toward whatever your next awesome project is!
I live near Crystal river. Have a great trip!
use rubio monocote on that wood from now on. it waterproofs it. Its pricey but amazing!!!
Great series🤠 Excited for whatever's next
It’s a shame you have to sell it but many more builds and adventures will arise for you. You have great talent for a Lad your age.
Great Boat, you shouldn't have any problem selling it.........
Should go fast!!! Nice build

Make a cover for the fire pit out of that butcher block cutoff piece.
Just wondering if you would build/ restore boats similar to the pontune or a older fiberglass small Bayliner?
Loved the episode

Make a cover for the fire pit that matches the bartop.
I knew this boat wouldn't last long..a pontoon is like gold right now
A square tube the width of the boat would make it were you could put one on the other side maybe.
You sold the jet ski and now THIS. Sad but I’m sure there is greater to come
How about doing a Polaris Slingshhot or a CanAm Spyder
👀
Can you give the measurements of the bar ?
You should get a old ski boat or wake boat and go surfing.
Zac did you buy the bumpstops as a unit or did you make them up? Could not find them on Gaterbak's site.
The chair idea is goofy, much better as a grill mount. Just my opinion.
2004 Sweetwater 22' Pontoon Boat w/2005 Mercury 50hp 4 Stroke Bigfoot Now In 14,995
Maybe an epoxy'd cutting board for the fire pit lid?
Really good intro. Props. (No pun intended.)
So how much was total cost for the rebuild?
Next toon build, you should throw a 110 on it
Please do a pontoon with a top deck and a slide... please 🙏
Live in crystal river we have some beautiful springs here
How did you get blue Uflex cables in Dometic/Seastar packaging?
Looks like the neighbor got it!
Last video you say that if some one give you 20 you will take it so way you ask 25 now? The gril cost 5 thousand dollars?
He's probably asking $25k hoping for 20
Speedo issue is probably the pitot tube is clogged. Its an easy 5 min fix.
Hate to see her go but I am sure that the projects it will help finance will be worth it.
If you do another look at hydro fin
15:29 armed and dangerous 😆
Did you sell it I'm interested...I live in Tampa Bay
Any big boat rebuild will do
I just bought a jet ski that I’m restoring, first video is out!
Car videos are not my thing the JetSki videos and pontoon are the best the jetski scooter ones good to
Looks so fun! Can I come hang out with you and your friends :D
I would have bought some square stock and built my own grill mount.
Very cool boat
Next pontoon build should be a 2 story pontoon.
Just take it up there and put a for sale sign on it.
Pretty sure it's illegal to sit outside the fence while underway!!!
For a second could have thought you were here in Ontario Canada when the police stopped you guys. People still getting fined here for having gathering at cottages if your not all from the same house lol
Great boat.
Better not let the game officers see you operating the boat with someone’s legs hanging over the bow.
just cut out a cutting board to match the butcher block
How much? I’m in Trenton Fl.
House boat rebuild!
Awesome videos sorry I’m sooo late
Let us know as soon you sell it
How much ?
You could have bought a nice lake ready boat for the labor and money you put into that.😆

I’m in the market for a boat!!!
Sold yet?
wish I had an extra $25K sitting around!
Game Warden always messing with people.
THAT SWING WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU WERE A SWINGER 😉 😆👍🇨🇦🤌
