For years, I struggled with beliefs around money that came from how my family raised me. My family lived pay check to pay check, always struggling to make ends meet. Money was a constant source of stress and tension between my parents. I vividly remember my parents' anxious discussions about bills, debts, and the fear of not having enough to cover the essentials. Their worries became ingrained in my mind, and it wasn't until I started working with a coach that I truly began to understand and heal these traumas. I could finally see that as a result, my belief was that there would never be enough money to go around. That's how I felt even into adulthood, showing up in irrational fears about spending money, even on basic necessities. I found myself hoarding every penny, afraid to part with it for fear of not having enough in the future. In 2016 I came to know about the low of attraction. No matter how much I envisioned a life of prosperity, the underlying belief in scarcity held me back, I was manifesting money and some success but I wasn't able to maintain it as by fear of not having enough was pushing me into old habits. Cutting the roots of this limiting belief became essential for me and that's when I came to know Adela, my coach. I am not paid to recommend her or anything like this, but I do it because I wished I could have found her or someone like her earlier. I recently did a journal prompt and that same night I had a dream that lead me to understand why I had a certain limiting belief. Journaling really does open up a different part of your brain.
I had no idea that my procrastination and lack of confrontation in challenging situations has its root cause in my childhood. I had a sense of what is the possible cause but I could not put my finger on it. Today, when I was watching your video I looked deeper into myself and started to write down the outcome. I touched this very deep and traumatised inner part of myself which I was not fully aware of and avoided to acknowledge for a really long time. It brought some tears and emotions I had been resisting to come back to. It led me to more selfawarness and acknowledgement of my hurt inner child. I believe that this is the new beginning for me. I had just entered my freshman year and moved into a new city. I'm having difficulty adjusting to the new environment, the new normal setting, and my hectic schedule filled with requirements. I'm far from home, and I miss my family a lot. I believe I won't be able to give the best performance just because I think I'm only at my 100% at home (where I'm comfortable). I already did this kind of exercise but this one feels different and more effective because of the part where you search in your memory for the reason why you think a certain way. And for me, reliving those memories with a different point of view, this has really impacted me. I realize that I now feel like it was unfair, even though back then I just believed people were right and it's was normal to treat me badly. Now I know that I deserved and deserve better.
I did the excercise and it really helped clarify what my soul was trying to communicate to me already. Thank you, this was a right place, right timing type thing.
I refused to learn Spanish because of childish reasons and without Spanish in my life, I am not connected to my own family language. I will take this advice and grow with it
Great video and suggestions. Might I add, when it comes to using affirmations, to visualise what you are wanting to affirm. Make it real in your mind as if you have already achieved what you are wanting to change in your life.
Great advice. I love the guided journal suggestions. Recently I noticed that a great time to repeat the affirmations and positive self talk or silence, is when the negative thoughts arise. Redirect it in the moment. Be kind to yourself and shift the focus in the moment. I use to do repetitive affirmations when I woke up but it felt more like I was forcing it. Like going through the motions but not believing what I was repeating. Sure sometimes we have to fake it till we make it, but I started changing my negative thoughts in the moment which feels more authentic and gives me space to have compassion towards myself. 💕

Each time I have experienced a breakthrough has been in response to asking for help from the Universe/God/Spirit/Source( whichever label feels comfortable). One of my mentors would talk to me about reprogramming the heart ( sub conscious). Often we carry a breach or more from early childhood. Each time a limiting belief or negative programming has surfaced in my life has been in response to a catalyst/ particular circumstance often arranged not by me. But for my benefit, and therefore indirectly for others benefits. The more I become a whole person, the more others benefit. Not easy to articulate some of these concepts,, however giving it a shot. I appreciate your Sincerity ( Latin meaning with out wax). In other words, the Real Thing! Keep up the good work!

Hi! Thank you for this video! As someone with PTSD and other diagnosed disorders, I just wanted to ask if you could consider having a disclaimer or statement regarding mental health disorders. I was able to do this exercise safely because I have a therapist and been doing exercises like these with them. This exercise may have the unintentional affect of re-traumatizing someone with PTSD. It would bring up chronic or severe trauma experiences (abuse, SA, violence...etc). Someone with ADHD may start to think their symptoms are a moral failing and blame themselves for "limiting beliefs." Those of us who struggle with this shouldn't take on preprogramming our minds without the proper professional oversight. Hope you and your team see this. Sending you all love.

I use vision boards for my self and clients. One that they create themselves. It works on the principle of 3 years aka where do you want to be in 3 years and uses the 8 wellness segments. We use an A3 poster with post it notes and print outs lots of hand written sections in gold and silver text. It’s then laminated in a shop and put on the wall somewhere
I hate to say this, but a lot of my triggers come from my family. Being around them gives me anxiety in a million different ways, being in my home makes me depressed... I am gonna move out soon but not soon enough. I will use these tips to try and find a solution :)

I. write down limiting beliefs, what's not serving you II. go through each one and answer in detail: a) what is holding me back? b.1)what is the underlying belief causing this behavior? b.2): why for 7 layers c.): why am I like this, where did this come from? d): what is the new belief I want to adopt? (the opposite of I) e): what is my plan for manifesting this? III. work on one to three beliefs at a time: reprogram your mind effectively with visualization best between waking and sleeping / during meditation / when on autopilot doing repetitive work (driving, running/ doing chores)
My belief system has completely introverted me at this point. It is frustrating that we don't get to choose how we want to be conditioned in our childhoods
My fear is getting abandoned. I feel like whomever I trust and care for will cheat on me and leave me !!! I'm not just talking about love relationship. I'm talking about friendship too I have only one friend... I had many friends before but they were toxic and not good for me now I have only one bestfriend and I feel very insecure to trust anyone in general!!! I feel unloved from my family which made me think no one loves me !! I don't know how but my love language is comforting and physical affection I want someone to hug me , hold my hand and all because that's what I learnt from my grandparents but my parents isn't like this. I never understood what's their love language towards me !! They have never seen me cry they never comfort me !! For them love language is paying money for my studies and other stuff !! I really feel angry sometimes. now I'm scared to receive love I feel like I'm not worthy enough to be loved And when someone really tried to show me love and care I back off .. I get scared that it might be fake love and they will leave me soon !!! I don't know what to do about this beliefs

I use vision boards for my self and clients. One that they create themselves. It works on the principle of 3 years aka where do you want to be in 3 years and uses the 8 wellness segments. We use an A3 poster with post it notes and print outs lots of hand written sections in gold and silver text. It’s then laminated in a shop and put on the wall somewhere
I hate to say this, but a lot of my triggers come from my family. Being around them gives me anxiety in a million different ways, being in my home makes me depressed... I am gonna move out soon but not soon enough. I will use these tips to try and find a solution :)

it was soo helpful i always find it difficult to do this type of exercise i was already feeling that it will be difficult before seeing your video but it was soo easy thank youuu i loved it.
I. write down limiting beliefs, what's not serving you
II. go through each one and answer in detail:
a) what is holding me back?
b.1)what is the underlying belief causing this behavior?
b.2): why for 7 layers
c.): why am I like this, where did this come from?
d): what is the new belief I want to adopt? (the opposite of I)
e): what is my plan for manifesting this?
III. work on one to three beliefs at a time: reprogram your mind effectively with visualization best between waking and sleeping / during meditation / when on autopilot doing repetitive work (driving, running/ doing chores)
My belief system has completely introverted me at this point. It is frustrating that we don't get to choose how we want to be conditioned in our childhoods

My fear is getting abandoned. I feel like whomever I trust and care for will cheat on me and leave me !!! I'm not just talking about love relationship. I'm talking about friendship too I have only one friend... I had many friends before but they were toxic and not good for me now I have only one bestfriend and I feel very insecure to trust anyone in general!!!
I feel unloved from my family which made me think no one loves me !! I don't know how but my love language is comforting and physical affection I want someone to hug me , hold my hand and all because that's what I learnt from my grandparents but my parents isn't like this. I never understood what's their love language towards me !! They have never seen me cry they never comfort me !! For them love language is paying money for my studies and other stuff !! I really feel angry sometimes. now I'm scared to receive love I feel like I'm not worthy enough to be loved And when someone really tried to show me love and care I back off .. I get scared that it might be fake love and they will leave me soon !!!

experienced its when you have been studying in high school and I am currently living on India and I do have my boat exams next year and I am having my 9th standard half yearly exams coming on and I find myself going to social media till the Midnight not able to study even after coming to school and even after trying minute time minute tricks are used for and I feel like I am nothing and I many Trigger and negative thoughts in my mind it doesn't let me to me be the person that I should be and I want to be and thank you for this type of motivation that you give me and I am just gonna try my level hard and level best to overcome all my anxiety pressures and my mistake and make a new change in my life style and I do understand that everyone goes to get and thank you for your valuable message to us thanks and lots of love
