Hi there, what helped me was getting new people around me who were in a new starting chapter. We had our own ideas or focus but helped each other to keep going. I only talk my ideas to a certain amount of people and that is what fuels my believe. I am still not at my full potential but working on it. So you keep going and keep believing in ur vision. U will get there just keep going. ❤

Where I’m at right now is realizing that I kinda believe in myself but when there’s so much negativity I start to doubt my dream. I need to learn or figure out how to have a barrier around me when ppls opinions are just negative.
I feel like why other people opinion matters so much to us is that if no one's watching or appreciating you begin to question what the worth of what you're doing is. I noticed that I'm more dedicated and passionate when someone is watching me on the other hand I feel like a waste of space when I'm doing nothing productive and I'm being watched. Very intriguing

@laurasouto6256 Yes! Remind yourself that when you put your mind to it you are able to accomplish hard things. You did it with English and can do it with other things. English is a hard language to learn so if you can learn that you can learn anything!

This is something I've been struggling with ever since I started being active in my journey to grow. It was easy to hype myself up when things were going like I wanted but then there are days where I wish someone else saw the effort I was putting in, or the goals I had achieved and was cheering me on. It made me feel lonely and sometimes even question why I was doing it. Thank you for this reminder. I want and am going to be intentional and patient with my self on this journey to become better little by little. This is a message to my future self when she does revisit this video, you are doing your best right now. Even if no one sees it or acknowledges it, even if some days when you feel like nothing is changing and you feel stagnant, know that change takes time and what little you're doing matters. Remember the butterfly effect and how you're always allowed to start from scratch 💕✨

I am currently working on getting my Associates Degree in Science and I plan on going to Medical School to get my MD for Neurobiology. I have been told by so many people, friends, family, even my therapist, that "oh, you probably shouldn't do that you're gonna be so burnt out.." or "are you sure you want to pay for that much school?" So, I have told those people many times that I don't care, it's my dream to help people in this world, so that's what I am going to do.

I honestly never thought about not telling anyone about my dreams or what I’m working on. I always thought I needed a second opinion or approval from someone but I’m just realizing I’m too sensitive with that, I just need to do it. I also need to work on patience.

I was caught up in this evil eye negativity, and it kind of ruined my focus. Later on I realise that there is something beyond us who protect us from so called evil eyes and negativity, it is important to believe in this as well when ever u feel u are in negative surrounding or thoughts. It will help u regain ur belief system and focus in your goal irrespective of evil eye or negativity presence.

honestly i feel like watching this video helped me realise the core reason that's holding me back from having unwavering faith in myself. it's the fact that i think there's only so much of the thing i want to go around and if someone else is doing it, in such a niche environment, and their current skill level is much better than i consider myself to currently be at, then they've basically taken all there is to take from the idea. so basically a lack mindset and thinking i'm not as good as someone else. which is interesting to me because saying this out loud makes me see how ridiculous it sounds. i'm going to actually unpack if this and see what areas i need to work on to fully un-brainwash myself from this limiting idea or any others that may come up in the way.
i truly appreciate your insights that got me to this realisation. you're helping so many of us out there. thank you.

Also while you’re on your journey it’s highly possible people-friends or acquaintances may fall along the wayside while you’re on your path. It just happens as a way of life. You do you as once you’re moving forward to wherever you’re heading your true supporters will show up. Call them human angels those are the ones who see you for who you truly are. ❤️
As someone who used to be surrounded with toxic people ; now I think that if someone tells you, you can’t so something; it’s because they can’t do it themselves. They see your potential and the fact that you can do it shows them the reason why they can’t is not because that thing is hard or impossible. It is simply because “they” can’t. They start to see u as a threat and try to take your success away so they won’t be reminded of not being capable anymore. After realizing it, I started to fully dedicate myself to my goals and my dreams. I don’t hear anyone who don’t believe me anymore, everything I’ve been through made me grow and be stronger thankfully. 🙏 if someone tells you, you can’t achieve your dream, don’t listen to them! You are capable and you are so powerful they are scared! 😄 Show yourself! 🤝✨💪❤️

I’m 38 and had a long road of recovery from difficult times , finally starting to look to my career and future in a place of hopefulness and my vision is to work for a company I love - an ethical company in the beauty industry . My vision is to become a brand advocate for them down the line but first I have to get my qualifications
I am starting a course in September
And I plan in ten years to be working for that company and helping others on a more healing therapeutic path
Body and mind
Also the 2nd part of my vision for my life is developing my meditation skills and getting more strength and to a place of self love within body and mind myself with Pilates and other practices
I really want to let go of self doubt and criticism and to a place of acceptance and love
I was treated poorly in my 20s by those around me and there was a lot of criticism of my appearance so I developed an inner critic . Now I want change and growth and to cleanse myself of past criticism and emotional abuse and to take my power back.

I have confidence level 8 - 9. I have the resources to refresh me. My inner being says “You Got This”, my Heart says “You will make a difference “. I think I went from a 1/10 this morning to maybe 6/10 in the last few hours. I felt unmotivated to do anything but after laying in bed for several hours, I was like wtf am I doing? I got up and went on a long walk. I’ve been listening to your videos for 2 days and they really help. Even when I wasn’t feeling it, taking in your positivity shifted my mind a bit by bit. My friends believe in me, but I wasn’t believing in myself. Hopefully I can keep going and growing. I know I needed a change but just couldn’t kick start that energy for a couple months. I can do it. I’m telling myself not to pull away and to push forward. I want to do it and need to be more disciplined.

This video just came in a right time, it’s been 3 weeks since I just landed on a new job which position i’ve been striving for and I can feel how difficult the daily tasks of the job itself until it got me questioning myself like “am i able to do this? why did they choose to recruit me?” I started to losing my confidence in my skills. I think I'm a 7 with my self-belief. Right now, I'm trying to learn progress not perfection with my cello. But, I'm ready to start this journey. I'm going to start by accepting the fact that I'm not going to get 1st chair, I'm going to cry more instead of holding it in, and I'm going to love myself and the way I do things.
