KRAWDEEJAY, I would have loved to show the Whole Brain State and in my initial version that I was putting together, I was doing just that. However, when consulting with the Psych K originator Rob Williams as well as others , I found that I would be very limited and perhaps confusing to be able to share such a powerful part of the technique in such a short period of time. I would be happy to discuss further how the Whole Brain State works and why its so important to get into this state in order to rapidly make those concrete changes we wish to within our belief systems.

I'm even more confused than before. Meaning: I'm logical, yet compassionate, sensitive and empathic. I've lost years of childhood and memories from many years. I've experienced a level of every emotional feeling from the lowest to finding forgiveness and healing. Reconnecting to myself. Allowing myself permission to re-evaluate everything I thought I knew or believed. Feeling weight fall off from letting go, understanding free will, appreciation for the lessons that came through contrast into clarity. Excited anticipation of imagination towards the wanted and realized unwanted...i never thought left brain or right brain. I've just accepted where I am and what has been so that those patterns eventually, hopefully expand into ever changing positive feelings of emotions , boundaries, standards, thoughts...

If the talker is reading this: The talk was good, interesting topic, but you kind of left off an important part HOW TO combine both sides of the brain. Also, the last words in every sentence was muted. As a public speaker, it is important for you to say the last word or two at a higher octave otherwise the public misses what you're saying & usually the main point. I'm from India too, and I love your style and your confidence. The elder, teacher & speaker in me decided to give you the advise above, hope you'll take it and work it in. ShineOn!!

It is so sad to see TED deteriorating into a cheap advertising platform. This is going to be the beginning of TED's decline. This was such a great platform to share genuine ideas which change lives. This talk is a well-orchestrated, well-rehearsed drama to cajole unsuspecting 'self-improvement enthusiasts' to spend money on Psych-K, which is nothing but a recycled version of the many gimmicks like NLP or EFT. They (the speaker and her sponsors) are twisting established facts on subconscious mind powers and challenging universal truths on the subject and misguiding innocent people and converting them into money-generating machines. The talk is incomplete and ambiguous, leaving the viewers high and dry on the subject. The technique she is trying to sell may work because of the placebo effect, temporarily. Do not expect a permanent solution to all your problems by paying them $350 to start with and then get sucked up into endless money-draining vortices intelligently crafted and shrewdly named as advanced and more advanced techniques to trap the undiscerning viewer. Positive affirmations work and so does the good old die-hard positive attitude. There is NO shortcut or technique to speak to your sub-conscious mind directly and manipulate it forcibly. They are into a very good arrangement with Bruce Lipton to reap the maximum advantage by leveraging the 'belief-wellness' connection, which is quite obvious to all even without their explanation.

This is SO Amazing! I change my limitations and I see how I easily change my reality for better. I am using one instrument that helps to identify my limiations and trasnform them. There are 15 different training tools (fears, grievance, self-esteem etc) love it! If you have any questions, I can tell you more.

    12 minutes wasted...
tl;dr: do therapy to work your beliefs; to change behavior seek out CBT, to look inwards to your emotions look for physchanalytic

I will do some research into the 'whole brain state'...hoping to find how to change the limiting beliefs (that I have already come to understand) about myself.

If you listened carefully in the video, there are lots of ways to evaluate and let go of limiting beliefs, first one can begin by journaling and as I mentioned in the talk, looking at generational beliefs that no longer may serve you. Good luck.

Thank you so much your guidance, some people ain't so comprehensive hence they may need to get case studies for therapy to apply on their own or they may need some good examples on technics to put the things into places.

Dr Irum, gave a very well presented speech. Unfortunately there was no keys to how, or process of changing behaviour based on the speech. Or have I missed the point? Maybe some lateral thought is needed?
