Hey Nabil, I'm in the same position. After a stomach surgery I lost a lot of weight and with that my confidence. A girl was interested in me and we started dating for 7 months, but the relationship sucked all the life out of me up to the point I burned out completely, uni work suffered badly, social life aswel.. Funny thing is.. she ended it. Now I'm working on myself, gained 18 pounds, getting my confidence back... Just generally enjoying life again. Keep up the good work and thanks for the motivation!

To many women nowadays want to dictate a man's life and restrict what he does in his day to day life. They literally have men by their bollocks. By nature the man should be dominant in any relationship and this isn't necessarily saying to disrespect your girl, still treat her right but don't let her stop you living the life you want to live and anything you want to do just don't seek anyone's approval but just go for it and don't let anyone get in your way.

This might be an off topic question regarding this video, but I'm using your upper lower split routine for a while now, and I'm wondering if only 2 biceps and 2 triceps exercises is enough. This is because when using the 'bro split' I usually did 3 or 4 exercises per muscle group per week.
From the looks of it I thought you guys were going to hit it off sitting that close together :p
