The Gordon is a nice tool for a budget price so you can get more than one. Great for a day pack or tackle box or keep one in the car glovebox. The SOG is great because of easy opening. Thanks for demonstration. 🙏👍
Grabbed 2 yesterday at HB, using their coupon, walk out (inc Texas sales tax) was $74. For the price it maybe the best deal in the store. May go get more for gifts. Many stores around Plano Tx have no stock, but found a box full at the Rowlett store.
There is a tab that pushes on the lock bar that holds the lock bar into the detent on the blade. You also missed the hidden lanyard loop just like the Leatherman wave.
So I have been carrying it in place of my wave just about every day on my job and so far it has performed without issue. Definitely a great product. I use these tools every day
I bought one of these last week and the plain knife blade is so tight there's no way it can be opened one handed. Do you think if I loosened the screw just a hair that would fix it? If so, what size torx is that? Thanks for any help with this 🙂
I bought one of these tools, and I wouldn't buy another. My complaint is the tiny philips/flat blade screwdriver bit - it's BARELY held in by a tiny embedded magnet, and sooner or later, it WILL come out and get lost. Knife should have come with several replacement bits for this reason.
Hey nib's sorry i have not been around but my wife is still in the hospital it's been 5 weeks now and i still have no idea when she will be able to come home !
I am a knife guys as well, I see the Gordon, is getting great reviews on you tube. Thank you Bob

Good multi tools last many years. @ $40 the Gordon won't hurt as much if you lose it. I might get a couple for gifts.
With how many things grow legs in the cabinet shop grows leggs I understand completely.
I just bought a Walmart brand that’s incredible-$10.
Nice presentation. Didn't know you had a video on this Wave clone til i googled it. Long term use update???

It’s a t9 torx. I was able to loosen mine the tiniest bit and it flips open a lot easier now
@@WalnutandSteel thank you. I'll give that a try. First I'll need a T9 bit. T10 is the smallest I have 😵
Nice review.
Nice! ❤❤❤
Nice video my friend. Been reviewing Leatherman, victorinox and gerber for years.
Mine did half the taps and they don't go into the blade but they push the blade into the detent so it's nearly impossible to remove it.
not sure what you mean here.

The actual wave isn’t much different that tiny bit is only held in by a small spring. The leatherman doesn’t come with a replacement either
@@WalnutandSteel Yeah, that's true... although the Wave's bit seems tighter to me. Really, the Leatherman Fuse is my pick of 'em all.
😘💕👍👍

Thanks for stopping by, sure hope she is getting better!
@WalnutandSteel
Thanks nib's

It’s not a Wave clone. It’s a Charge clone.
On Harbor Freight's own site, it says "Compare to LEATHERMAN 832531 at $119.95" - that's the Wave.
Broke it during the first week of regular use. Buy the Leatherman
What did you break?
