  • This workshop explores what it means to be dialectical - and how doing so can help reduce suffering and open up to new possibilities.
    Andrea and Gill are Occupational Therapists who met while working on an Adult Mental Health Team for Vancouver Coastal Health. They share a passion for learning, practicing and teaching DBT skills, and they have over 20 years of DBT teaching experience between them. Gill is also a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, trained through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and a trained Mindfulness facilitator though the UCLA Semel Institute in Neuroscience and Human Behaviour.
