    I’m so glad I found you! I’m 4 years older and probably 45 lbs heavier, been lifting for 4-5 years with some off and on eras but seeing some of your lifts come up on reels/tiktoks is so inspiring!! Recently started training less bodybuilder/hypertrophy/aesthetic because I realized my strength is not where I want it to be. I HOPE I can hit a 315 squat one day like you 🤩
