Am I the only one who thinks the union of Rage Against the Machine and Chris Cornell was total grunge bliss? Synergies from both parties came together and produced amazing music. And yes RIP Chris.
I came here to be reminded of two things: Audioslave was so criminally underrated. Chris Cornell was such an incredibly unique singer. We'll miss you Chris :(
Criminally underrated and under appreciated track !!! Soooo good, anthem to much of my early adult life after I nearly died in a wreck whilst it was playing in my car.. RIP my brother Chris
After the events of May 18th 2017, I have been journeying through the Chris Cornell music tour. I am realizing how much great stuff he did outside of Soundgarden. I always dismissed AudioSlave somewhat because it wasn't Soundgarden or Rage Against the Machine. Now I can see they had some great songs that I missed out on truly appreciating. RIP Chris. What an incredible artist you were and for me, rock and roll will never be the same without you.
For over ten years Ive listened to all three of their albums. Still the only songs I will ALWAYS be in the mood for when driving. As one of my top vocal inspirations... I'm gonna miss Chris Cornell immensely.
For sentimental reasons, their first album is my favorite, but I believe 'Revelations' was their best. They finally found "their" sound. It's a damn shame they couldn't get along well enough to keep going. They never even toured for this album. RIP Chris
audioslave was a bit generic rock radio stuff tbh esp after the first album but I'm a sucker for anything with Chris Cornell's voice and Morello's warpy solos
CC is reaping in the afterlife. He has a humongous fan base and his music is so relevant today and will be relevant for generations to come. Love him so much.
Every now and then I go back through bands and some of them (like this one) made some of the best music and I can't even imagine what we'd have today if they'd only stuck together longer.
Another grunge god has been taken from us :( One of the best vocalists of his generation with an instantly recognisable voice. R.I.P. Chris... and become one with the great highway in the sky....
The bass players torso tattoo is the most iconic tattoo of all time. I remember watching audioslave music videos as a young teen thinking about that tattoo and how it's basically just an ink t shirt. Epic. Chairs Cornell's voice is just amazing. Rip to a legend

This song is magic. Chris is pouring his heart out and Tom is playing his guitar like he does not give a sh*t what others think about following the rules. And I can completely identify with all the lyrics. It’s so amazing,
THANKS FOR ALL CHRIS !!! LIVE FOREVER!!
TheMarsUolta, live forever? That is the insult (threatening) part of comment. Forever has a time limit to it. There are people that think and feel that way anyway.. ..
It's like I'm not able to remove my headphones to avoid listening to his songs since yesterday, can't believe he left, R.I.P Cornell.Your voice and style will remain unmatched!!
Am I the only one who thinks the union of Rage Against the Machine and Chris Cornell was total grunge bliss? Synergies from both parties came together and produced amazing music. And yes RIP Chris.
Fn amazing 👏...yaaasss 👏...I know when I saw the 1st video..I was mind blown..
That's why I have always referred to Audioslave as Rage Garden. LOL
Pure Gold, Chris Cornell Genius!!!
This song expresses me to the exact feelings...this song is me...Thanks Chris....RIP...LOve you man...still.
This song is my caller tune since last 4 yrs. Love This track. My favourite band.
❤
RIP Chris🙏
I came here to be reminded of two things: Audioslave was so criminally underrated. Chris Cornell was such an incredibly unique singer. We'll miss you Chris :(
Criminally underrated and under appreciated track !!! Soooo good, anthem to much of my early adult life after I nearly died in a wreck whilst it was playing in my car.. RIP my brother Chris
RIP, Cornell. You managed to filled my soul with power and joy with a soul that was so troubled and tortured. A true legend.
Amazing. Powerful. Beautiful. Heavy.
I hope this song comes with me when I cross over to be with my ancestors.❤️
For sentimental reasons, their first album is my favorite, but I believe 'Revelations' was their best. They finally found "their" sound. It's a damn shame they couldn't get along well enough to keep going. They never even toured for this album. RIP Chris
All of their albums are incredible. I was heartbroken when they broke up. I’m grateful for the three albums they made though.
one of the greatest supergroups ever
Andrew Scott audioslave, velvet revolver, and them crooked vultures
Total truth Blacklist G!
Exactly!!!!!
audioslave was a bit generic rock radio stuff tbh esp after the first album but I'm a sucker for anything with Chris Cornell's voice and Morello's warpy solos
Agreed.
Hey ! I've got a Revelation !!
Chris 's not gone : he's always in my mind and I'll be a huge fan all my life ❤
CC is reaping in the afterlife. He has a humongous fan base and his music is so relevant today and will be relevant for generations to come. Love him so much.
Love that you love it ❤❤❤
This is a great riff!! simple but hard hitting. Just how rock n roll should be. Bring it on and on and on..
Tom morelo só ele faz esses ruídos, nenhum outro guitarrista consegue, ele é sensacional.
So much better than 95% of the shit I hear on rock radio lately. Under appreciated band while they were together.
Every now and then I go back through bands and some of them (like this one) made some of the best music and I can't even imagine what we'd have today if they'd only stuck together longer.
+David Hesson could you name a few of those bands please?
Blazy Films Van Halen Led Zeppelin Cream The Beatles The Doors Black Sabbath The Police
_partyrocker_ but Sabbath was a game changer. They invented heavy metal.
their latest album 13 is pretty damn good.
Another grunge god has been taken from us :( One of the best vocalists of his generation with an instantly recognisable voice. R.I.P. Chris... and become one with the great highway in the sky....
All I know is that I feel blessed to have been able to experience Chris Cornell and his genius with each of his bands and Chris as a solo artist.😍
Desde america Latina, que dolor perder a una leyenda de la música, Descansa Chris
What an Intellectually Amazing Collection of Talented Men...
I will never get enough
Definitely well said
The bass players torso tattoo is the most iconic tattoo of all time. I remember watching audioslave music videos as a young teen thinking about that tattoo and how it's basically just an ink t shirt. Epic. Chairs Cornell's voice is just amazing. Rip to a legend
Such an underated group and vocalist...one of the best.
+Satoshi Mochida It was, like a stone. Just noticed.
One of the best. Yes.
Underrated? Hardly!
Chris live with us all in his songs that will never been forget RIP pal.
The audio to picture quality in this video is incredible. Almost like they were showing off with it especially in the very beginning with the drummer.
Im just empty. This guy was a great man with a voice like no one else. Now it's gone. This is the real revelation. And HURT!
The greatest Voice in Rock during my lifetime
Yeah, " if im such a broken man, why don't you fix me?!?!" Man! That's a classic line from this song. These guys had something very special for a few years and im thankful 4 em. & their work.
Well done, best of luck with Prophets of rage.
Tú ya no podrás estar en éste mundo, pero tu voz perdurará en la historia de la música.
This bass line with Cornell's vocals are fucking amazing
No one sings like you anymore! You'll always be missed, Chris, but never forgotten. Thanks for the sounds, all the feelings and moments! Love 💗💗💗💗
So effortlessly cool. Such a strong yet vulnerable voice. Will Never be forgotten
Such a talented man! I can't take my eyes off him. R.I.P. Chris Cornell
Intelligence oftentimes makes one narcissistic. But the Humble remain appreciative. Yet those are the ones whom are sought after. Chris was taken from the Earth, but his messages- as a vehicle lives on. That’s what draws us to him. (To the Adam’s that remain- Chris is stated, be satisfied with what you have- life)
hits like rage with the melody that only Chris Cornell can bring. fucking awesome song.
we'll forever miss your talents Chris. RIP old pal
Uo
RIP
The ˹true˺ believers are only those whose hearts tremble at the remembrance of Allah, whose faith increases when His revelations are recited to them, and who put their trust in their Lord. ˹They are˺ those who establish prayer and donate from what We have provided for them. It is they who are the true believers. They will have elevated ranks, forgiveness, and an honourable provision from their Lord. (TQS. 8 : 2-4)
Super underrated album... the best of 3 by far...
just been reading through the comments. So much love from many different folk from all the way across the globe.
great to see.
Lee Sargeant thank fek Big man is 10 dimestional. ( time has no relevance.. N we can still pray for Chris so hard. Even tho he took his own life. We still have hope for him.
3 years later and it's still going on... Humbling and beautiful to see the impact that one great and powerfully positive person can have. I'm one of the many here who can say that my life was literally saved and changed by his music forever, and to this day. God rest his soul and much love and respect to you and all the other fans sharing our love for this great man ❤️
He gave me One. Neto. Revelation 8:4. Beautiful.
The greatest has left us. A story teller like no other.
June 2017. This beautiful soul has departed yet I am hooked to this. His voice range moves mountains. Rest in peace.
I'm so upset I had no idea who Chris was. I only knew Fell on Black Days and Black Hole Sun. Then I found all the other work he did in both Soundgarden and Audioslave. Now I know who Chris was. Thank you You Tube. RIP Chris. You are greatly missed, but thanks for the legacy.
Don't forget TEMPLE OF THE DOG!!!
Listen to Hunger Strike and Say Hello 2 Heaven from Temple of The Dog
My personal favorite song from Audioslave. RIP Chris.
Chris Cornell..you were are and always be a rock n roll icon.
