  • How To Make Chinese Fried Rice At Home | Better Than Takeout- Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe
    Ingredients:
    * 3 cups cooked basmati rice (preferably day-old and chilled)
    * 600g shrimps, peeled and deveined
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * 1/2 cup diced onion
    * 1/3 cup diced carrots
    * 1/3 cup frozen peas
    * 1/3 cup frozen corn
    * 3 cloves garlic, minced
    * 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    * 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
    * 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    * Salt to taste
    * 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
    * 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
    * Lemon zest
    * 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
    * 1\2 tablespoon corn starch
    * 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    * 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    Instructions:
    * Marinate shrimps with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp thyme, salt to taste, 1 tsp Chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1\2 tsp five spice, 1\2 tbsp corn starch, 1\2 tsp sesame oil
    * Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    * Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.
    * In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add garlic and cook for one minute, add 2 tbsp green onions and white onions, stir intermittently. Add the diced carrots, frozen peas and sweet corn. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
    * Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
    * Add the cooked basmati rice to the skillet and stir-fry with the vegetables and eggs. Break up any clumps of rice and ensure it's well mixed.
    * Add salt, pepper flakes, lemon juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken bouillon.
    * Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the sesame oil.
    * Once everything is heated through and well combined, add in lemon zest and green onions. remove the skillet from the heat.
    Serve and Enjoy!
