Hey guys today I'm making Chinese Fried Rice Recipe at home the easy way. you can also make Chicken Fried Rice Recipe at home by replacing the shrimp for chicken. This easy Chinese shrimp fried rice recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes if you have the 1 day old rice ready.
Ingredients
2 cup 1 day old rice
20 shrimp
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 chopped onion
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup veggies

As an asian person, I proudly approve of this recipe. All it's missing is a tbsp of of oyster sauce mixed with the soy sauce for richer flavor.

Wow, I love this fried rice. I've tried so many recipes and this is the best. I added a little oyster sauce when cooking the shrimp instead of the cajon seasoning. Turned out great anyway. Love this! Thank you, thank you!

What a delicious dinner for my family, I watched your video while following directions. Before I was done cooking my wife and kids, keep on coming around and keep on telling me
“That smells good”. At that point I know already I made the biggest mistake of my life. Making Shrimp Fried Rice for the first time, is the most delicious dinner my family ever clean the whole bowl. And that tells me you gave the best recipe ever, by the way we’re from the Polynesian Islands. My wife is Hawai’ian and I’m from American Samoa and we really enjoy the best. This recipe is definitely on my list to try on the outdoor griddle. Perfect proportions for one or two people. Gonna do this recipe too with scallops since my wife is allergic to shrimp. In my sailing days, some of the best meals I've ever had were on the beaches of the Abacos that were prepared by the local Bahamians. Your recipe is very reminiscent of those long ago days in the Islands.

I tried your instructions exactly but I decided to switch things up a bit.
Instead of an onion I used a shallot and instead of peas, carrots and corn I used a red and green bell pepper.
I highly recommend it.
I always use red/yellow bell pepper! It’s so much better imo
