How did you come to the conclusion it was the alternator? You didn't show the readings at the alternator either with a load on or without.

Edit:so I was under the impression the core charge was already included in the price tag... I was WRONG it is now tacked on AFTER you get to the register. I swear it used to be included in the price tag...

I have got the same problem with my rav4. Placed a new alternator and still only got 12V (also changed the battery). Also the battery light doesnt go on when i set ignition on.
