I'm fine with him being loud and annoying, but he has literally now ruined 2 press conferences (off the top of my head) by having them cancelled or ended early. Instead of doing a press conference and hyping the fight, everyone is now talking about Tyson Fury's dad headbutting a guy half his size, and that the act got old 3 years ago. At least it wasn't getting events cancelled then though.

@@bibastarmedia9650 tbh it wasn't what the smaller lad did - it begins with Furys arms held back and friendly draped over two members of team Usyk. He's chanting "Fury" in response to "Usyk" - similar to how nations sing songs to drown out the Hakaa in rugby. Nothing but healthy rivalry, banter, and sportsmanship. But then a member of Team Usyk steps forward and plants his forehead against Jon's and starts pushing into him. He pushes Jon back about half a meter via head v head contact. Then John backs off about a meter and security step in-between them. At this point, the smaller lad pushes past security and while screaming "Usyk", he bumps into Jon - whose immediate response was to headbutt him.
It's easy to criticise, but unless you've been in the position where 30 big Ukrainians are tryna intimidate you and have assaulted you - you don't know how you would react. Despite what he puts on for entertainment and promotional purposes - Jon is obese, fragile, and old. Big random unknown fighters in their prime shouldn't be assaulting him like that.
Ultimately, they were both in the wrong. Team Usyk guy assaulted Jon to start with - then Jon used excessive force when preemptively striking the member of Team Usyk, which he assumed might also assault him.
Neither will go to court - because both sides would be punished and it would cost millions in court fees + derail the negotiations surrounding the fight.
Wins or lose if John steps into to ring to congratulate or complain Usyk should give him a knuckle sandwich. John is begging for it.
