After 15 rounds each one being three and a half minutes he was still fresh and working on the heavybag, that's insane levels of stamina. The coin trick at the end is also incredible, his reaction time, coordination, and speed are on another level, no other HW boxer comes close.

All these little routines he does is part of stimulating his brain and his coordination.... same thing as for balancing on the medicine ball and juggling... these are really great exercises that show he is paying attention to the little details... I don't think he was going to show his full training routine or sparring to the public... he is much to canny for that.

What the majority of people don't realize is that these exercises build a muscle memory connection to both speed and natural reflex, he's going to drag this fight out and Make Tyson tired. People think Wilder tested his speed, Wilder tested his will. Tyson lacks the stamina to keep up with someone like Usyk. It's going to be like fighting a cat, but only a cat with powerful punches.

He became a world kickboxing champion and made lots of movies with Jet Li ... There is no greater man than Jesus Christ Usyk know this that what gives Usysk such character and a heart of a true warrior, when you get to know Him then you will understand why Usyk has such passion for Christ.
