DESERT OASIS IN PERU | HUACACHINA, ISLAS BALLESTAS, PARACAS | FULL DAY - Things to Do & Where to Eat

This real life desert oasis in Peru is on my top 5 list of things to do here! In this video, we'll go through a full day of things to do and places to eat throughout Ica, Peru's, top three spots - Huacachina, Paracas, and Islas Ballestas.
Sandboarding, Dune Buggies, and Paragliding through the desert are some of the things to do in Huacachina. Paracas is a foodie destination, and in Islas Ballestas, you'll see amazing wildlife such as sea lions, pelicans, and whales all while on a speedboat. In each spot, I will also show you where to eat and even drop in some fun facts. Keep an eye out for "The Candelabra" in the Paracas portion.

Thanks for sharing awesome videos. Question I think you mention you did the boat tour first then the desert, if you don’t mind me asking did you come from Lima and did you stay the night in the desert town ?

Thank you! I booked both activities with Peru Hop, and I did everything the same day. The tour included rountrip transportation from Lima. They picked us up at around 5:30am and dropped us off back in Lima close to midnight...so it was literally an ALL DAY trip. Here is the link of the company I used:
