This is one of the best videos I’ve seen on Ica. Most people do the Peru hop tour which stops at Nieto winery but Tacama looks amazing. I’m going to Peru in 2 weeks, super excited and might have to check out Tacama! Thank you. Also great drone shots of huacachina. I’m going to take my DJI mini 3, did you have to declare it at the airport?

Hi Kevin, yes we did! It wasn't too rushed either because we started at the vineyard early and the dune tours are usually for sunset time BUT we did go back the next day to fully enjoy the dunes (without the tour) 😊

Hi. My husband is half peruvian and we are planning on visiting the coast in January right to Ica. Trying to have some fun before I'm too old (this yr 60!!). I'm so tempted by the buggy rides. Will definitely visit the oasis and wine making. I'm not very adventurous but am trying to challenge myself. 7 years ago we visited machi pucchu, cusco, lake Titica a and Arequipa, so we're planning on the other side now. Do you think it maybe too dangerous for me? Did you see any buggies flip over? I'm from the tiny Mediterranean island of Malta, just south of Sicily. You should visit!
