- This video is about the various upgrades that I have done to my blast cabinet. I typically use glass beads for my blasting. The recent addition of the adjustable arm will certainly make using the cabinet more efficient and enjoyable.

Did you have a big problem with the media sticking to the walls of the hopper that you needed the vibratory motor? In my chamber which I made myself (not one of my better projects), the hopper has walls with an angle probably half as steep as yours (35-45 degrees from horizontal)and it's a big problem with the glass beads I use. A bad decision on my behalf in the design stage. But I've thought that by going a little steeper would solve the problem. What media do you use? What's your wall angles on each side from horizontal?
always seemed to have an issue with getting the media to move when the media has been inside the unit for a period of time, happy with the vibrator addition. The media is glass and I don't remember the spec, but it is not super argressive
Where did you get that shaker? I’ve been looking for something like that but having trouble finding one.

Why a trigger AND a foot pedal?
thanks for viewing, I had the setup using the trigger, rather than replace the blast gun, simple tape the trigger wide open and use the footpedal
