Dr. my mother has schizophernia,its been atleast 25 years,She is on medication,She was a twin and her twin sister also had schizophernia, what is the possibility of both twin babies to have this illness and can my mother's cognitive behaviour be improved? or Schizophrenia has irreversable effects at some point?
