While some of it may have been staged at the beginning, over time, It became more frequent, and obviously not expected or planned... at least by Karl. I think the last straw, occurred during the filming of the series "An Idiot Abroad". Even Steve said a few times, in the background, that Ricky was going to far, with how he was messing around with Karl's experiences and mind. Personally, after the abduction thing in Isreal, If it was me... I would have walked off the set and quit. He was shaken, and could have been seriously hurt, so would have been justified. The fact that he continued, shows his dedication.

As much as I do love Ricky, he does sometimes seem like someone who could do with being punched in the face to knock some humility into him 😂
