I have a lot of videos on this channel for improving kicks, mostly it's repetition but it's also important to strengthen the other surrounding areas like hips, glutes, balance, core. If you go to my playlists I have probably 30 videos that are a couple years old but all hold true to what is being taught!

You're welcome! I hope this helps you! Remember that it's also super important to be consistently stretching them as well you may also want to look at your antagonist muscles as they could also be the culprit!

@@SilvanaKicks Awesome 👍 I kinda heard that you can do some twisting motions that can zone in on the vertebrae spinal joints and stretch areas of the back to loosen up and stretch out the back , Like to cross your legs your ankle over your knee while lying on your back and twisting your legs that are cross to the left to where your foot is on the ground and then taking your right forearm and putting it behind your left elbow and then turning your upper torso to the right could like crack and stretch your back some kind of way stuff like that But I'm not totally sure

I might need stretching all muscles but on other side a stretched muscle might not hold to joints in correct locations. Living with eds is a bit tricky I guess
I'm not a doctor and don't know much about your condition but in athletes I always suggest to be equally stretching and strengthening. It should be a harmonious balance
I have lots of respect for women who are into martial arts. As a former martial artist myself I love the techniques and skills that you put in your kicks...and oh yeah You're hot too! 🔥
