Such joy. This is life. Imagine we missed out on all of this during covid.
The bassline is so iconic. And the synth also plays big part in this song.
Most wouldn't believe me but I was at their literal first show at Coffee Underground in Vegas, and the band I was in at the time had our demos recorded by the literal same people that did theirs. Time flies.
The Killers do something a lot of performers don't do any more. Besides being talented musicians, they put on a show! They entertain and bring amazing energy. I wish we had more bands like these guys. Great video.
It's nice to see the generational bridge between this song from 2004 and the kids that likely heard this song in their parent's car on the way to school 😊
This song was apart of my childhood, so good to hear it again
For anyone wondering, the first 'version' of the song it's the "White Duke Mix", it's on Hot Fuss Deluxe afaik
Nothing is more satisfying for any artist to watch the crowd or live audiences joined them singing & enjoy the show of performance they do....😊
I can actually feel the energy through my phone now in 2024!! Some people do not care for "Mr. Brightside" I'm not one of them. I'm a 63 yr old grandma and I love singing (badly) along with the Killers!! WOW What a blast this concert must've been!!. It's a very energetic and just a damn good time everyone had!!! ❤💖🤩
The guitar comes in at 2:29
Magical - every single time ❤
Absolute masterclass on how to drag out a crowd favorite song (in a good way)!
