I Haven't Trained Planche For 30 Days, Let's Check The Result

- My last planche workout was one month ago. Lets check how long I can hold it right now.
In this video I checked what will happen if you don’t train planche for 30 days in a row. My result a month ago was 10 seconds of holding a full planche. Let's see if it makes sense to take such long breaks in calisthenics training.

Great video! I really enjoyed this vlog style video. I've also found very useful to hear your breathing, that's something that one usually don't hear on tutorials
Very cool 👍👍👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯🥳
New video 👏👏👏

thats pretty much because planche on the ground is way harder than on parallets
Finally. Please keep going new video instagram
Hello Vitaly, you've motivated me to start training for planche. I've watched your 4 minute video on exercises for Planche but always when i try to do the Pseudo planche pushups on the ground, i always fall on my face. Have you got any tips for me on how to not fall on my face? I have enough strength to do the entire workout.
Dont lean that much
@@Calisthenic_01 but my hands aren't at my waistline like in the video. I can only do this exercise with my hands below my obliques. Or ist that where my hands should be?
never be motivated by this mf, he is a onlyfans guy and so pervert 😡
@@ichhabkeinennamen736 bro overtime you will get stronger and you will lean more...be patient and dont rush
Hey, there are several reasons. Try strengthening your front delts with dumbbells for example. And you can also strengthen your wrists maybe the problem is in them. Well, the last thing is the technique of execution, but I need to watch your attempts to say exactly what’s wrong.
Video on breathing technique
Will we have 30 days maltese training?
What happened? You look very very tired
Друже, can you give me a piece of advice?I feel that I can do 90 degree hold aka bent arm planche, however I am not able to find balance so I either fall forward or backwards, do I have some tips? Буду дуже вдячний)
Привіт друже. Yeah maybe the problem is on your technique. Check my 90 degree hold tutorial on this channel. Use my additional exercises and u can add more weighted exercises (pull ups / dips) on your workout. It is help you get more stronger.
Hey Vitaly , how much time it took you to achieve back lever honestly , cause I'm training for it
Hey 👋 if I remember correctly, 3 days.
@@vitalypavlenko2896 3 days , woah ! I am very close to straddle after 9 days , anyways thankyou
Брат 🤜🤛🖤
Sir…my right shoulder suffering pain right now because of planche training…do you have advice of how should i train planche and workout during shoulder pain recovery?
If it hurts very much, then you shouldn’t train yet. I have two videos with warming up before planche. Use the shoulder exercises in these videos. You can do 2-4 sets of this warm up in a row and do this every day. If the problem does not go away after 7-10 days, it is better to consult a doctor

@@vitalypavlenko2896 so i still can do your shoulder warm up routine for a while right now?
Always when I am doing shrugs I can hear that my shoulder is cracking any ideas how to reapair?
Try my warm up
l will never be able to do full planche
Unless you're obese then you can
I'm doing your Instagram work out to achieve planche today I already did the 18th day but it was too hard I'm 15 years old
Keep going but remember about right technique on each exercise
Hey can i start learning the planche if i can do 25 dips 65 pushups 15 pullups but can only hold the L-Sit for 3 seconds
Just start training for planche. It doesn't require core strength much( instead it does require back core muscles and it also doesn't require specific training). So l sit is just a waste of time for only planche focused person. But it's good as a core exercise. If you train only your planche you can achieve it.
And I would suggest you to learn greasing the groove method. It's really good for skills.
@@tanzil772 thnx alot for this info ❤️
@@tanzil772 and can i learn it without learning the handstand
@@kids_in_basement690 yeah of course. They are independent of each other. But many people learn handstand first so that they can transition from handstand to planche( planche press negative).
@@kids_in_basement690 one more thing, I just learnt a about greasing the groove(gtg) when I quit calisthenics and into only strength training so I don't have my personal experience on gtg so you should experiment, if it works well for you use it otherwise focus on traditional way.
I can planche 10s 😂
STUCK ON THE HANDSTAND UNDERBALANCE FOR 3 MONTHS AND CAN'T HOLD EVEN 2 SECS. HEEEAAAAAAALLLLLLPPPP!
Bro, I don't even try it, Idk, I'm to afraid of weight transition and breaking my neck
The best exercise what helped me a lot was handstand attempts close to the wall. You can see how to do this exercise on my handstand tutorial on this channel.
