- This video shows some clips of Dmitry Bivol’s training with strength and conditioning coach Taylor Ramsdell in preparation for the fight on May 7 vs Canelo. It will be the 10th fight since Bivol and Ramsdell began working together in 2017. They’ve made great progress and they continue to do so. No matter what level they reach, they are committed to going higher.

Do all boxers train like that with balls, hoops and thing that look like my kids PE class. Or is it a European thing? Or this video just focus on that? I remember fielding and Joshua also trained like that?
It's called functional training for explosive power... you basically are training the internal muscles you can't see for fast twitch...it's no body building BS. Back to basics as you mention like a kids PE class.. also tremendous for increasing anaerobic threshold ( going through pain and longevity with a raised heart rate without lactic acid buildup)
