  • Ingredients:
    1 bag banh bao flour
    1 cup of milk
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil
    2 cups of ground pork
    1/2 medium size yellow onion diced
    1/4 cup of black fungus minced
    2 chinese sausage link
    4 eggs
    salt
    black pepper
    sugar

    I followed this ingredients. 1.5tsp is salt is too salty. It didn’t work out for me ;( the dough was good though
