Thank you. This video resolved a mystery that has been eluding me for 20+ years. I remember vaguely watching the start of a movie as a kid where a fairly hot demon girl with wings climbs out a sewer. I had tried to find out what it was for so long. So many Google searches. No one I knew had ever seen it. So, thanks for this as now if I die I doubt I'll be a ghost as I'll have no unresolved issues.
Fun Fact: Veronica's father is played by Nicholas Worth. He was the Soviet Premier Alexander Romanov in the famous RTS Red Alert 2, as well as the Atreides Mentat in Emperor: Battle for Dune.
As someone else mentioned, he was Pauly from DARKMAN: “Honest, Mr Durant! I don’t know how those tickets got there! Why.... I don’t even know how I got dressed!”
this... actually looks like a movie. with a story. and acting. what the hell, but then again, Full Moon was really good at getting the right people for the job.
Yeah, Full Moon really had a knack for finding talent who could make the most of low budgets, and having scripts that were a cut above average. They were definitely better than your typical schlockfest studio.
sorry, no... no you are not. The caliber of film that was being made during this period Vs the drivel you are putting out now is night and day different. I own DVDs of most of your classic movies, I can't even watch 10 minutes of anything you put out now.
Full Moon is interesting. They don't make movies that most people would consider to be good. They're mostly just fun, small production films with interesting concepts. They definitely have talented people working for them though.
Me too, I totally watched it on sci-fi in 96, and it really stood out to me at the time. It kinda laid dormant in my mind until I saw this review and was like... Holy crap! That was that movie!!!
Average Joe They didn't change for pronunciation reasons, they changed the name so they could own the name... They couldn't own the Sci-fi name as its just the name of the genre.
This was another movie, much like Night of the Comet, that I always saw in the video store but didn’t watch until it just randomly was on TV one day and I watched it on a whim. Loved it and I agree, Angeles Featherstone is MESMERIZING.
I remember watching this on Cinemax when i was a kid. I was so engrossed before i gained a film addiction and started watching quality films. Im so happy you did this one. Such a deep cut.
HOLY SHIZ, i remember this film from years and years ago as a vague memory of something I though I saw and now you go and bring it back. Worth every Patreon payment
This is absolutely the most excited I've ever heard you in a video. I'm guessing you picked this one just so you could be as fun as possible, because it was awesome. I like your Exploring videos, but this is was great. Love ya
Written by Matthew Bright ( Freeway with Reese Witherspoon ). I love this movie, a real guilty pleasure. Featherstone is captivating. Available in widescreen on blu ray from Full Moon.
Danny reviewed this for one of his Full Moon reviews over on our channel a couple months ago. I was really surprised by how good this one was. Well, good for a Full Moon movie anyway lol
I remember this movie. I didn't remember it's name, could you plz review dark angel or I come in Peace depending on where you are from with Dolph Lundgren. would like your opinion on it
You were well on your way to being my new favorite UA-cam channel with your metal/punk references and your hilarious use of yakety sax and the price is right "loser" sound fx. But then you went and referenced PETE THE FN CAT! HAHAHAHA!! Well done, well done indeed.
Caught the middle of this on late night a million years ago. What really stuck with me besides the porno date night was that demon kind was totally down with the other side (god/heaven/angels). They didn't question their existence or place on the morality scale. They didn't spread sin but attacked it both because they wanted to and because it was their duty.
Loved this movie... as I did most Full Moon productions from back then. I thought their take on hell was great... demons praying to God and doing his bidding by punishing the guilty. Plus Nicholas Worth (RIP) as her dad... he's always entertaining.
I remember watching this as a kid. My parents had honestly no clue what the movies I picked up from the rental store were like. I hope you do an "Exploring" on this one.
I immediately ordered this movie based on your review and Full Moon sent me a bonus movie for free!!! Thank you so much lol this movie is hysterical and your review's A+
That actually looks worth tracking down. Reminds me a little of Lo, Starring Jeremiah Birkett, Sarah Lassez... which I think you would dig, if you haven't already seen it!
I was a huge fan of the Full Moon movies back in the day. Especially Puppet Master. But I do not remember this one at all...I guess now I have something new to check out. Great review. :)
I remember watching the making of video that came with this rental and they said the concept of hell they were going for was that the demons were all very pious because they not being in god's light was the real punishment of the fall and they hope to earn their way back by doing his will in hell. Damn I love Full Moon movies!
LIttle Nicky worked as a comedy. This is a more serious approach with some fun moments here and there. (There's something charming and strangely childlike about Veronica when she interacts with human society.)
Thanks for the recommendation. I just got a copy. I found it fascinating. 90s cheese yes. But actually unusual. How many films about hell are there? THIS is the kind of film that should be remade.
Dude, I was waiting to see if Little Nicky was going to make an appearance. Which would have been ironic since Angela Featherstone played Linda “the Beeoch” in “The Wedding singer” with Adam Sandler. And no mention of Nicholas Worth who played her father. Great character actor. I liked him in Swamp Thing.
I guess you already make a video about Jacob's Ladder, the original not the remake. Those demons shaking their heads are very similar to the one in that movie!
Thank you. This video resolved a mystery that has been eluding me for 20+ years. I remember vaguely watching the start of a movie as a kid where a fairly hot demon girl with wings climbs out a sewer. So, thanks for this as now if I die I doubt I'll be a ghost as I'll have no unresolved issues.
Thanks for watching!
I had the same trouble with phantasm. Well phantasm 3 I think. It’s such a good feeling finding those forgotten movies
Fun Fact: Veronica's father is played by Nicholas Worth. He was the Soviet Premier Alexander Romanov in the famous RTS Red Alert 2, as well as the Atreides Mentat in Emperor: Battle for Dune.
He played a lot of henchmen and oddballs in movies like "Swamp Thing", "Darkman" and "Barb Wire". I miss him.
Yeah, I miss him too. He was loads of fun.
As someone else mentioned, he was Pauly from DARKMAN:

Thanks! We're still here. :)
sorry, no... no you are not. The caliber of film that was being made during this period Vs the drivel you are putting out now is night and day different. I own DVDs of most of your classic movies, I can't even watch 10 minutes of anything you put out now.
+Full Moon Features Please make a part 2.
Full Moon is interesting. They don't make movies that most people would consider to be good. They're mostly just fun, small production films with interesting concepts. They definitely have talented people working for them though.
"How did you find the movie?"
"It was pornographic"
That might be my new favourite line from anything ever.
I think veronica's appearance was where they got the look of Bloodrayne from.
EA's office. LOL. The horns are pretty good.
The DOG'S expression at 5:02 is priceless!
He's like "DANG Vernonica!"
the EA part cracked me up as well. and then fatality. no wonder the dog had this look. didnt play mortal kombat before.
Mac Mcleod Are you sure that's EA? Because that looked more like the offices for konami.
MercenaryX21 Konami is Hades.
Activision is Purgatory
Ubisoft is Tartarus
I notice that also.
Man, you knocked it out of the park with this one! I was laughing constantly, I guess you must had a lot of fun making it. Great reviews as always!
Thanks! Yeah, this was a fun one to do. So much material :)
I've been going 6through your play list good stuff but you were a lot funnier back in 2012
Andrew Phillips bye Felicia.
Loved the dog's expression when she was ripping out the one guy's guts. It made me laugh!
Dancing with a stab wound - Is great name for a band
And the related "Gash Thrash" is a great name for a Heavy Metal band.
@GENERAL DISARRAY'S BOSS 83 you ruined this thread. Go away.
I dont remember watching this vid
@GENERAL DISARRAY'S BOSS 83 lol settle down, butters
Or a song
After watching at the theatre, Max took her to the Roxbury.
I need to check this one out ASAP. It looks batshit insane in a unique and entertaining kind of way. Great review as usual Cecil! :D
I saw this on a heavily edited version on sci-fi back in 1996 when sci-fi played great full moon movies.i miss the old Sci fi channel
Jeremy Gau - Me too. Old Sci-fi channel was so much better.
Me too, I totally watched it on sci-fi in 96, and it really stood out to me at the time. It kinda laid dormant in my mind until I saw this review and was like... Holy crap! That was that movie!!!
Jeremy Gau I miss Sci-Fi too. They lost me when they changed to SYFY for the morons who didn’t know how to pronounce the name, I guess.
Average Joe They didn't change for pronunciation reasons, they changed the name so they could own the name... They couldn't own the Sci-fi name as its just the name of the genre.
Even the Dog was like HOLY SHIT at the spine rip.

6:47 "Lamest outfit" I think you mean his best "Night at the Roxbury" outfit LOL!
I think I saw this recently.
Nice to see some "good" demons for a change. In spirit it reminded me slightly of Spawn.
HOLY SHIZ, i remember this film from years and years ago as a vague memory of something I though I saw and now you go and bring it back. Worth every Patreon payment
Holy shit! Veronicas father is that "Other Guy" who used to be in everything!
Nice. Thanks! Definitely one of the series that we wish to continue. It's still popular all these years later.
I just love this movie Wish they would remake it as a TV show
Veronica 's dad could be a Jim Sterling character
Selator EPiCo I think he IS Jim Sterling
"He's Fat"-Scott Steiner
SterDust's true form
Nah he's too thin to be Jim sterling
Your videos remind me of when I first discovered Mystery Science Theater 3000. Thanks for making these!
Thanks for watching!
If that's EA's office I'd hate to see Konami's
Nothing to see, all employees replaced with pachinko machines!
I think he more meant the spy cams and auto locking doors
This is absolutely the most excited I've ever heard you in a video. I'm guessing you picked this one just so you could be as fun as possible, because it was awesome. I like your Exploring videos, but this is was great. Love ya

Alternative title for this movie:
"The idiot who couldn´t see any red flags"
"Simp me to Hell"
"Filmed in NakedRedheadVision!"
Cecil: we now take a look at the inside of EA's offices me: *laugh out loud* NO FUCKING CHILL!!!!!
I listen to these videos while I'm at work and I am starting to seriously annoy my co-workers because I can't stop laughing out loud.
I remember this movie. I didn't remember it's name, could you plz review dark angel or I come in Peace depending on where you are from with Dolph Lundgren. would like your opinion on it
Love I come in peace, great fun
Veronica's father was in the movie Darkman.
The late Nicholas Worth.
I remember renting this on VHS back in the day. All i needed to see was "Full Moon" and i knew what I was getting
I remember seeing this movie on tv a long long time ago and I really liked it. I totally forgot about it till now but now I really want to find it.
I think this may be one of your funniest videos yet. Really enjoyed it! Not really into these low budget horror flicks- but I love your take on them.
ok im glad im not the only one that remembers this.... though its been 20 years
This actually has me compelled to find and watch this movie. It looks entertaining as hell.
You were well on your way to being my new favorite UA-cam channel with your metal/punk references and your hilarious use of yakety sax and the price is right "loser" sound fx. But then you went and referenced PETE THE FN CAT! HAHAHAHA!! Well done, well done indeed.

I remember watching this movie it felt like a pilot to a series
Thanx for reviewing this less seen and under appreciated cult classic.
I can tell you really had fun with making this one, some really funny gags in there. Always look forward to your videos man :)

That... could actually make for a great Netflix-series.
That Hades Show. 👍👍
Veronicas demon dad is the first mobster that darkman makes a face replica of.
That's awesome! Also, love the "It was murder, Sam" reference.
The humor really shines in this video.
I rented this from Blockbuster along time ago and have loved it ever sense. And yes I do have this on DVD.
I remember watching this as a kid. My parents had honestly no clue what the movies I picked up from the rental store were like. I hope you do an "Exploring" on this one.
Peewee's cameo LOL
Finally got to one of these on a movie I have actually seen before seeing this review ^_^. Enjoyed the movie and thanks for reviewing it
Thanks for watching!

This actually looks pretty good. Can't believe I've never heard of this, will definitely have to check this out.
"We now take a rare look at the inside of EA's offices" My sides are in space! XD
Full Moon has made some many good films over the years!

It's Little Nicky but done right😎

LIttle Nicky worked as a comedy. This is a more serious approach with some fun moments here and there. (There's something charming and strangely childlike about Veronica when she interacts with human society.)

So when are you going to do a review of a movie call'ed Carnosaur (1993) or Peter Jackson's King Kong (2005)
I'm a big fan of the Evil Bong series from Full Moon. Those movies just make me laugh...a lot...lol
Dude, I was waiting to see if Little Nicky was going to make an appearance. Which would have been ironic since Angela Featherstone played Linda “the Beeoch” in “The Wedding singer” with Adam Sandler. Right. One of the better offerings on Full Moon’s catalog and the good use of Romania’s landscapes
"WE WERE ON A BREAK!"
"Oh my God, Becky. Look at her feet!" HA!
This is another great Full Moon flick!!!
Crossing my fingers for a review of The Sword and the Sorcerer or Sorceress in the future.
I always thought this was a really cool movie and I'm glad you're talking about it.
Any chance of you covering the Evil Bong series of movies, from Full Moon? Keep up the great work, Cecil
I lost is at the office's of EA
Full Moon ended up using that hell scene again in another movie, I'm sure of it. But it looks great, so that's cool.
That cover art is awwwwwful.
0:39 Real Monsters
I LOVE the way they see heaven and hell in this! I think I might have found my new favorite B rate movie! This looks GREAT!
I subbed the moment you said it was EA's offices.
It fucking shook me when you quoted Pete the Cat
