This is the content I'm looking for! This just showed up on the algorithm and im surprised i hadn't found you sooner. Subscribed and thank you for your documentation.
It is always good to hear that my content is helpful. I enjoy doing these types of investigative split batches and plan to continue making more videos like this.
Just pitches Belle today. The literature recommended 95 Fahrenheit for fermenting. I don't have temp control so we will see how it comes out at 75-85. Great video. My next batch will be with the DuPont strain.

Wow. 100 degrees is nuts. Congrats on the good score!
Thank you for the learning opportunity and well done with your latest Medal. Hopefully more to come.
Best of luck
I love split batch comparisons. It's always really cool to see the differences side by side. Keep up the great work!
Nice comparison! I think some beers benefit from fermenting warmer than we have been led to believe. Congratulations on the medal!
Nice vid! I just started homebrewing and I'm looking to learn how to brew Saisons! Stuff like this is honestly invaluable.
Glad I could help! Good luck with your brews.
Great video as usual.
Congrats on the medal! Love seeing these side-by-side fermentation comparisons 🍻
