    There is individually packed frozen broccoli at costco. 5 minutes in the microwave to cook and no defrost needed. I usually have that when I want chicken and broccoli.
    Normally, I just have 2 greek yogurts, air fried chicken nuggets and a nonfat milk protein shake. Add some creatine and fiber and you get an easy ass meal for cutting/maingaining.

      I'm 100% with ya on the chicken nuggets. Tyson's chicken tenders from Costco have a near-perfect macronutrient profile.
