The discipline it takes to be eating 5000+ calories to 2000 calories in 6 weeks is insane. Chris is such a hard worker and I have mad respect for you. Get that 4th title sir!!!!

Not really, eating 5000 calories fucking sucks, even just half that often sucks. I have to force feed myself a lot of the time to not be under fat, and there’s nothing more I want than to under eat or hardly eat anything after doing that shit for a while.

@@softenbysam i can put it down and enjoy it. Cutting is the cumbersome part. I probably just developed an overeating disorder tho so that might be why. 3,000 is like a normal day, a good day is when i eat more if that makes. Anything less i feel starved.

That’s not how it works and even science proves it, it’s all an effort of hard work, supplements, steroids and his genetics that allowed him to get that extra push and success. So don’t come discrediting his hard work. I recommend you to educate yourself properly before saying that, you can’t just inject and pray that your genetics are good enough for a physique like his.

Electric motors - what’s in the blender, have something called a thermal overload. The motor will get too hot and it will open the windings of the motor to protect it from burning out, although if you keep hitting the thermal overload it could still burn out.
Once the motor cools back down, the windings close and the motor works again.
Also interesting how many carbs you still eat but of course very very low fat it seems. I need to try this, I’m doing low carb high fat right now. I’m just a gym rat though, but I’d love have an 8 pack and get really lean just to see how I look. Hopefully I won’t lose too much muscle

The easiest way to cook oats is by pouring boiling water (I use an electric kettle) into your oats in a bowl, cover and let it sit for a few minutes. You can control how much water goes in as well.
