The first time I watched this I cried at your kind words at the end. I’ve done this video almost every day for the last 3 weeks since! Thank you so much for creating this. ❤
Yeah that last message hit me hard. There’s sooo much expectations for women, both before during and after birth. I was raised to criticize and speak ill of myself but I am definitely going to raise my future child differently
This was a really great finisher to my rough day. I didn’t wanna workout but I didn’t want to do nothing. Really helped my aches ❤❤ love this channel. 29 weeks currently
Did this practice after a very slow and lazy day because I told myself I needed to do something productive. 34 weeks and am really just feeling like resting a lot, so your message was perfect to remind me that it's ok if I want to have a slow lazy day sometimes, as I'm already doing so much just by carrying and growing my baby. Thank you
Amazing routine as usual. Hits all of the sore spots at 22 weeks pregnant. I have mild spd and achy hips and gently eased into some of the challenging exercises and it felt great. Loved the dolphin pose to take some pressure off my pelvis. Thank you ❤
I had terrible shoulders and neck pain yesterday. I followed this video first thing in the morning today, and wow! All the aches disappeared! I really appreciate all the awesome content that you share with us, God bless you ❤️
This is 1 of my favorite workouts from your channel. I always feel great after, have more energy during the day and sleep better despite all the discomfort of the later months of pregnancy. Thank you truly ❤😊
Thank you for putting in so much effort, love and care in these videos. Sending love and blessings your way from a first time mama who is really enjoying your workouts, yoga flows and also learning to remain calm and positive.
5 wks and I dont have the energy right now to complete this practice but I made it 8 mins in 😊 Super excited for when my energy comes back and I can practice this 2 to 3 times a week. Im self taught when it comes to Yoga and I really thought I would be able to keep doing my normal routine, but my back won't really allow me so Thank you so much for this Video ❤
So amazing that you recognized what your body could handle! I am currently 17 weeks and it took me awhile to not get so hard on myself while practicing. Wishing you love and light for the remainder of your pregnancy ❤
I wish I had your insight when I was in the first trimester. I was pushing myself to do HIIT and strength routines when I should have been resting. Good for you for listening to your body!!
Thank you so much for your videos. This is the first exercise video I have done since the beginning of my pregnancy and I feel so good! I am 18 weeks pregnant and finally getting active again feels amazing. 🙏🏼
I do this one when I feel I can. Im 10wks now and Im happy to say that Im grateful for what my body allows me to do. This is my first baby and every time I finish one of your videos I really feel like Im doing a good job 😊
Thank you for this wonderful pregnancy yoga routine video. I just finished it practicing it for the first time but I will definitely include it in my daily routine. I like that the video gives a gently active part but also more relaxing exercises. I fell very good now :) thank you so much. namaste to all mamas and babies :)
Really wonderful. I am so glad I found your channel. The days I start with one or two of your classes, I feel much better throughout the day (reduced pelvic and back pain). I feel strong and healthy. Thank you for all you do!
This was beautiful and your words at the end made me cry. Thank you for the message of reassurance, we are all doing our best and it's so important to remember this, and also remember that our bodies are amazing and know what to do! Thank you so much for your videos 💛
loving this great yoga video, did this during week 36, thank u! low lunge and quad stretch has become so difficult to do esp when tummy getting bigger but it is a good hip stretch!
Great video! I agree, the relaxation and affirmation at the end were so lovely! Can I respectfully suggest naming which leg or arm to use? Sometimes I got confused or forgot which side I’d already done 😂
thank you so much for creating these videos. they are helping me in a way words cannot describe. you have provided not just me this gift, but also my baby.
Loved it ❤ 20 weeks and going strong. Thank you for sharing these amazing practices ❤ Yoga helps me put my baby to sleep when it gets super active in the belly 😂
You are amazing! Thank you so much for everything you do, for every video, workout, quote and desire to help others. ❤ +1 to those who had tears in the end of this video. It exactly what I needed to hear. Best, Lola
Love all of your videos! You're an inspiration; so positive and uplifting. This is my second baby and I'm feeling great bc of these yoga videos. Thank you so much ❤
Today is my bday and I made your class as a gift like to me from me, with your help 🥰 Your videos helps me to have more energy and feel confortable with my body during pregnancy :) Thank you a lot 😍 I feel a lot of support here
I really like your channel. I have 1 tip! Though I love your routines and practices, I do miss some calmer music... maybe with a flute or nature sounds instead of a beat. It really distracts me from letting go. (Something to consider, maybe, maybe not?)
Thanks so much for the class. It might be good for future classes to give more alignment instructions. I know a lot of pregnant women try yoga for the first time when pregnant. Namaste!!!❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much...I am your biggest follower...I feel your yoga and excercises so helpful...It will be more interesting if you post some yoga poses or excercises to do for women nearing the term to strengthen pelvic floor....
Been following along your workout videos throughout my pregnancy, and they're so great for the body and great for my mind as well. I love the pregnancy cards you included. I have a question, sometimes when i do the lunge, or back bend (that you also have in this video) my rib muscle feels "stretched" is that okay? i know we're not supposed to stretch our abdominal muscle, so just want to make sure.
Nice yoga routine ! I appreciated it. This week we have been working hard (Ovtober calendar). This yoga routine just felt like a break to me 😅. Watching one of your videos I noticed you mentioned you had vaginal varicose veins during your pregnancies. This is my second pregnancy and I got them too. I just don't find that much information about it. Could you please make a video about it ? Specially how it felt during labor, what are the risks, what positions you think is better to avoid. I'm planning a home birth.
Happy it felt like a break today! I promise it was still really good for you and baby! I do have a video: ua-cam.com/video/-Bp4o2BbqlY/v-deo.html For my birth I got referred to a doctor (from midwife) because it was so terrible. It was like I had grown a small testicle 😭😭😭. He didn’t want me to “push” because he thought it would be too much pressure. In the end he was not on call that day and she came to quickly for a c-section so my midwife held my vein while I pushed and it was totally fine in the end and went away 95 % after! I personally found side lying and all fours to be best for pushing and protecting it. Squatting would be more pressure on it and research illustrates lots of risks to birthing on your back. Hope that helps and it’s not too terrible for you. Sending you. Big hug… I know how hard it is ❤️
Is bending at the waist safe for pregnancy? I see it should be acpided but so many prenatal yoga incorporate it. Do yoy have any prenatal workouts that avoid this movement?
I’m 2 months pregnant and had a busy day at work (month end for accountant which is hell 😂) and this was amazing . Thank you for making these videos so accessible
The first time I watched this I cried at your kind words at the end. I’ve done this video almost every day for the last 3 weeks since! Thank you so much for creating this. ❤
Was just going to see if anyone else felt the same in the comments

I love this one! 41 weeks currently, i have done this workout lots of times during my pregnancy and it always makes me feel amazing. Thanks ❤
Thank you so much for posting these. They have helped my hip pain and really has helped relax my body when I need it most.
I had terrible shoulders and neck pain yesterday. I followed this video first thing in the morning today, and wow! All the aches disappeared! I really appreciate all the awesome content that you share with us, God bless you ❤️
So glad the aches are gone! God bless you and your baby also ❤️ Thanks for taking the time to share… makes my day 🥰
Not sure if it's the pregnancy hormones, but the end of this video definitely made me tear up. Thank you
I just teared up as well!
Crying here as well
Same! 😂
OMG!! Me too!! It was the perfect ending!
Definitely had tears streaming ❤
Grateful for how comfortable these poses were. Not too much. Not too little. Thank you
I love your videos, thank you. I find the music quite distracting sometimes though - especially on this once as it’s very upbeat rather than relaxing.
This is 1 of my favorite workouts from your channel. I always feel great after, have more energy during the day and sleep better despite all the discomfort of the later months of pregnancy. Thank you truly ❤😊
Your videos are brilliant, I really notice a difference when I don't do the daily yoga exercises. I am 38w pregnant, cannot wait ! Thanks a lot !!

The first trimester is really really hard! Don't worry too hard about falling out of routines.

Upper body exercises tell me for back neck pain relief plzz
"May Allah be pleased with you, may He grant you all your wishes. Thank you so much, I am very grateful. I am glad you exist."
This was great ✨ The affirmation at the end was a perfect reminder. Thank you 🙏🏻
I'm having a C-section.Are there any exercises for that kind of procedure? Not everyone is having a perfect natural birth 😜
Shall I do this in 7th week pregnancy.?
It's safe for all trimesters :)
