  • Today we are doing a 30 minute full body pregnancy workout for a fit and sculpted pregnant body! We will also do pregnancy exercises and stretches to prepare your body for birth (and a shorter labor) and get baby into an optimal fetal position. I hope you feel energetic and amazing after this workout! Safe for all trimester. I do the entire workout low impact, but provide high impact options for those of you it's safe for (or perhaps you are working out with a partner or friend!)

    Been doing her workouts since about 13 weeks. I am in better shape now than I was pre pregnancy. 28 weeks, still going strong with these every other day. Love it.

      Wow, this is so good to hear!!! How many days a week did you workout? I’m currently 7 weeks with my 2nd. First pregnancy was only active at the end.

      @@ravenpacheco2288 I worked out 5 days a week until 3rd trimester. Then it was about 2 or 3 days, mainly just labor inducing exercises. I just gave birth to my first baby boy, only 10 hrs of labor, 6 of those hrs active and 20 Mins pushing. A completely natural labor at a birthing center. These workouts were absolutely why i had such a successful birth with the strength i did. All the midwives were in awe!

      Hi, can we do these exercises on daily basis? Or shall we shift to other exercises in between as it is said that we shouldn’t be doing same exercises daily to get desired results?

    Did these workouts when I was pregnant and now I’m still doing them a year postpartum😂 they are just so good! They helped sooooo much during my pregnancy.

    I have a third cesarean section coming up. It's 37 weeks now and I've been following your training program since the beginning. Even if I don't get a natural birth, I feel like these workouts also prepare me for a c section. I really like it and will continue after giving birth.     I adore your classes! Even today I cried as it was a little hard for me (but I was careful, stopped video several times to rest), also think it was stress releasing through exercises! I’m sure soon I will be able to do it!! Thank you so much! That feels amazing!

    Feeling so huge at 27 weeks! I was just going through your playlists and was wondering if you have ever considered making a 3rd trimester playlist? It would be nice to just go straight there and see all of your 3rd tri videos. But that would probably take a long time on your end. Either way thank you for your workouts!

    Been doing all her pregnancy workouts since week 13, after morning sickness left. Now week 29wks!!!🎉❤ still going!! I love doing the labor workouts, hoping it’ll make a easy labor but physically just feeling stronger everyday

    Almost 20 weeks, and your workouts are the BEST. I started looking around because my normal yoga and workout routines are starting to feel uncomfortable, and I'm sooo glad I found this channel. I love the birthing tips (I'm a FTM :)), and little ways you include baby in the workout, it helps me realize who I'm working out for! It also gives me hope that birth and labor will go better if I treat myself right now.

    I’m now 14 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing your workouts since week 6. Some are challenging as it tests my balance but it’s also improving my balance at the same time! I feel like I always get a good workout in without getting too tired. I worked out prior to being a pregnant and I thought these would be easy but they definitely aren’t easy!! A good challenge every time!

    I did these workouts throughout my first pregnancy and they really made a difference. This particular workout was one of my favorites. Despite being induced and it being my first pregnancy, my labor was totally doable and only lasted 7 hrs. Baby came safely 6 days ago 🩷
    Bc of the circumstances at the hospital I ended up pushing on my back with “purple faced” guided pushing. These workouts made me strong enough to get through that even though it wasn’t ideal.. So glad I found this channel! Helped me have a positive birth!

    Loving all of your workout videos! I especially like this video as it seems more effective (always the most sore) and I enjoy the power walking in place between exercises.
    I'm 18 weeks with my first and have had a pretty inactive first trimester. I started getting my booty moving again at 16 weeks and have since lost 2lbs, feel more energized, have been sleeping great and look more toned! I'm 5'2", normally, 117 with a muscular build. I gained 15 pounds by week 16 and realized I HAVE to get moving again. I'm so happy to have found these videos. I feel like myself again.

      I hope everything is going well! I had preeclampsia with my first at 35 weeks. I had a large amount of weight gain in the 2nd trimester, which I thought was odd, and the midwives we were with got onto me about it. I didn't know this at the time, but apparently it can be a sign of preeclampsia earlier on. Might ask your doctor to keep an eye on out for preeclampsia, and I would recommend getting a blood pressure cuff and checking weekly to see if your blood pressure is going up...also ask your doctor about the signs to look for. It could also be completely unrelated, but its something I wish someone had told me. I hope things are going well!

    I've been doing yoga as the main workout since the second trimester because my usual routine with weights became uncomfortable. Now in my 30 weeks I feel like it is not enough. Hope this workouts will be more challenging and will gradually return a sense of control over my body right to the time of birth.

    I maintained an excersize routine throughout my pregnancy but found this channel during my third trimester.
    Loved having the third trimester playlist to use for an at home excersize option!
    I was able to experience a medication free, very fast labour and delivery (2.5 hours from membrane rupture to birth!). Thank you for the focus and explanations on pelvic floor and breath connection ❤. I feel it really helped my birthing experience.

    Hlo dear ur excercise gives me immense pleasure and relaxation in my prgncy period... But unfortunately I have undergone c section due sudden last minute complications... Thank you making me positive and energetic in those day... Now I have baby boy 2 months. And fighting with postpartum belly and body..
    I HAVE A QUESTION, DOES INTERMITTENT FASTING IS GOOD FOR ME NOW...???? HOPE U WILL RESPOND SOON. ❤️❤️❤️

    25 weeks and I’m having trouble with the hands and knees exercises because of pelvic/groin pain when I have one knee on the ground and i lift the other. I even tried doing the exercises on more cushioning and on the bed but it didn’t help. Should I push through to make this area stronger or is that just my body telling me it’s not a good exercise? Earlier in the pregnancy when I did the workouts I didn’t have this problem and I enjoyed these exercises the most..

    I was 64 kilo befor pregnancy and now I'm 78 kilo.

    22 wks and I'm just starting to get back into it. I've been so sluggish with no energy and finally have some energy! What exercises are good for reducing leg swelling? I'm starting to get swollen already!

    I am only 5 weeks today, tried this workout and I was struggling.I knew I was in a bad shape but I did not expect I would not be able to finish a pregancy-friendly workout. It made me so depressed and anxious. I will try to stick to this exercise with another upper-body workout, alternating each day, for a month, hopefully I can gain some strength and stamina :(

      You got this! 5 weeks can be a BRUTAL time. First trimester in general is challenging. It's amazing you are even trying to workout. I wish I had pushed myself more in the beginning because I gained 15 lbs by week 16 and am now having to work really hard to regain some stamina and strength. If you have to resort to power walks for the remainder of 1st trimester that's enough and certainly more than I did lol

    I have a doubt. Some people told me that Yogi squats should not be done before 9th month. I am not sure what is correct. I try to do other exercises . I am Currently in my 2nd trimester. Please if someone can answer if it’s alright to do.Many thanks

    25 weeks and I could not do much after mintue 20....my vaginal muscles are too tight to handle the leg circles

      Same here
      I am 36 weeks now. And I could do it only for 10 minute.
      Then I challenged my husband to do this exercise, he could only do it for 12 minute (advance mode)
      I wonder, how can people finish it with baby bump? >_
