I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
I did this video 2 days before giving birth. I had an unmedicated positive birth and truly believe it helped me. I used some of the affirmations in this video that were very encouraging. We can do it, ladies! :)
Did this for the first time around 10 in the morning earlier, then my water literally broke 4:30PM. In the hospital now, waiting for my baby boy to come 💙🙏 Thanks for this exercise! 🤗

Probably my last workout with you for this pregnancy. Who would say I will enjoy Birth ball so much. Thank you very much for helping me to stay active and I am really looking foward to Postpartum part of your channel with our little miracle next to me. You are really amazing!
I was 11 days over when I was due to give birth and was scheduled for induction on the 12th day. I did one of your videos on day 9 and two videos on day 10 and I started with contractions at 1am on day 11 and gave birth at 7:55pm. I was only in active labour for 45 minutes!!! So thank you 🥰
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this video. Thank you! 35 weeks with my first. I love using my birth ball as it feels much better than sitting on anything else, but I wasn't quite sure what to do on it. This class gave me loads of options. Seriously going to be doing this video the rest of my pregnancy. Feeling great, thank you so much for sharing!!
I did this on Saturday (41+2) and I realised I'd been quite timid with my bouncing before seeing this video. This was a great de-stresser and helped me relax. Also, just bouncing like this and making figures of 8 the following day whilst in labour was also really effective. Had my baby within 5 hours of the first contraction and was very, very grateful for these exercises and my ball. Thank you for the video. I found my final weeks of pregnancy quite stressful as people were constantly asking about news and I was so tired. Being able to just do something simple like this gym ball session was so very helpful for my mental and physical wellbeing. Thank you.
Hi! I'm very early in my pregnancy, about 5 weeks. Is it too early to start birth ball bouncing? Or is it recommended to wait until the second trimester or even the third? Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi Jessica.. I'm in 9th month currently and suffering from hemorrhoid pain a lot.. can't sit or stand or walk normally.. taking good amount of fiber, having sitz bath, topical ointment, ice pack.. trying everything.. I'm scared how will I push baby with this excruciating pain.. could you please make a video to help me and other moms suffering like me? Plzzzz..
Thank you Jessica for all your videos! ❤I am 40 + 3 and lost my plug after doing this workout yesterday morning. I’m repeating it along with another workout in hopes I go into labor soon!!
Thank you for your video! I am on my 38 th week and started doing exercises on my ball. The only consern I have that I am a kind of tall my height is 177 cm and I heard that perfect ball size for me should be at least 65 cm, but the ball I have is just 50 cm in diameter. Is it ok and can I still use it or it would be better for me to look for a bigger one?
Hello! Just did this at 37.5W pregnant with my 2nd. For the pelvic floor exercises, should I be stopping them now and work on relaxing the PF or keep going and stop when? U alluded to it in this video but didn’t mention timing. TIA!!
Very nice exercises to prepare for natural birth ❤. I'm preparing myself to natural birth without artificial medications and any medical "disturbance" after 2 cesarean sections, a doctors "made a fire" and cease it with operation, because woman need to know very well a physiology of Natural birth process and her body, plus to write a refusal timely to avoid a suffering under active medical influence.
I'm at the end of my first trimester work 10 hour shift all day on my feet, when I get home I'm on the couch then jump into bed I have no energy to do any exercise, will start doing this every day my body specially back is stiff, sitting 5 hours and sleeping after work I'm sure it's not healthy and will make my birth difficult
Lovely! I'm going to start doing this while I watch TV instead of sitting on the couch like a bum! Is there a way to avoid coning while doing the pelvic tilts though? When I lean back (pelvis forward) I have serious coning and I don't feel very comfortable with that :(
Hey Jessica thank you for the amazing videos. I just want to ask.. what" hugging your baby in" means .. sorry but I'm not understanding how to do that.. I'm confused..
Thank you for posting this and many other videos. Followed this and another one of your videos for 2 months every single day before my delivery and it went smoothly. Simply the most wonderful experience of my life ❤ The downside though is that our baby girl can only be calmed down when we hold her and bounce (lightly) on the ball 😅 works when nothing else will!
In third trimester I bounced on my ball daily (not always for 20 min straight) but 5 min a few times. Depending on your time and energy levels. A class like this 3-7 x week would be beneficial. But you can also review my pregnancy playlist and mix them up :) 💞
I love this video, it feels great at my 37 weeks! I have a question: Do you think these exercices could be suitable for the first stage of labour? I feel them to be very soft and relaxing and was wondering if this could help in pre-labour or even active labor. Thanks!!!

Good to know I can use the ball to help with yoga poses!
When should we start doing this exercise... I just started my third trimester
Can I do these exercises at 28 weeks already or when is the best time to start?
Yes, you can start anytime. 28 weeks is a great time to start 💞

I’m afraid too much bouncing can induce an early labor, is it possible?
I didn’t realize how stiff I was until I did these exercises!
Oh good! Glad you got to stretch it out a little 💞

It has helped me. I've been having d contractions all day and sharp pains in back and finally am feeling some relief.
Can i start at 32 weeks?
Yes, assuming no complications 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV is a placenta being 2 cm away from the cervix considered a complication?
