I agree, I love Reese‘s take on the character it’s very refreshing for people to finally see the more darker side of the Riddler for once ,and I hope this will inspire future storytellers to continue this trend.
I like how they made the Riddler’s riddles less of a silly quirk that makes him easier to beat and more a tool that lets him get Batman where he needs to be.
The answer would be: "Vowels." And the movie would be: "Batman Forever." Plus, the quote that went before this riddle was: "No! Don't kill him. If you kill him... He won't learn nothing."
I think it came out after this video was made, but another great Riddler story that demonstrates just how intelligent and ruthless he can be is Riddler: One Bad Day from 2022. It delves a bit into his backstory, but also gives him ample opportunity to demonstrate just how dangerous he can be when he decides to actually take the gloves off.
No offence but, French language: there's this Batman villain that we call The Sphinx, as a reference to the Mythological creature of the same name, who gives a riddle to Oedipe. English language: WE CALL HIM THE RIDDLER BECAUSE HE MAKES RIDDLES EHHHHH
Its rumored that Mr. Freeze will be the next villain in the next Batman movie. I've always like that character in particular for some reason and would like to see a live action version of him.
@@BuildinWings yes i have read hush, and zero year, and earth one, i like those riddlers but the batman 2022 riddler and his dynamic with batman i just like more
Luv "the Batman" film, and it's Riddler! I think Pattinson makes a great Batman. Looking forward to the next movie big-time!!! Can't wait to see their version of...well, the Clown Prince of Crime!!! 🤡🦇 Ha, Hee, Hawww, hah, ha, ha heeeee, ha, hee, he, ha, hee...
Matt Reeve's Riddler was the good guy. Why would Batman even fight him? Just sit back and let Riddler clear out all the corruption in Gotham. Batman takes out the small time bullies, Riddler takes down the corrupt public officials. Perfect team. Although Bruce would need to slip Riddler some medications to keep him more stable.
But he wasn't only taking out politicians, that's the problem. He doesn't care who he hurts as he reaches his goal. You cant keep a psychopath free to murder regardless of medication.

A grounded Mr. Freeze would be interesting.
Yes, all that water is ground zero for Freeze taking over Gotham and using its resources to cure Nora Fries
Freeze would be an amazing villain! The best part is that director Matt Reeves has said himself that he can imagine doing a grounded Mr Freeze so 🤞🥶

Riddler is the most evil villian because of the 440 riddler trophies in batman arkham city alone
That’s the single worst thing he’s done.

The joker *
"Am I a joke to you?"
Which villain should be next to face Vengeance?
@@_OrangeJuice13 Hush feels redundant to this Riddler a bit.
The Scarecrow...done right!
Mr freeze, the court of owl, or maybe a combo 🤷♂️
Mr Freeze is a great one, and it would be great to see a more serious portrayal of him than we have seen previously 🥶
Mad Hatter, Killer Croc, and Scarface and the Ventriloquist
2 face has always been a second villain in batman live action movies it would be interesting if he was the main villain
I want the condoment king to be a villain in the next movie

I’m glad there was a more grounded Batman, the Riddler is evil 😈 but no more evil than people walking among us!
The answer is vowels, and the riddle is from The Batman Forever Movie.
