I know they've done breakdowns on songs Art's written since he's been in LoG, it just seems weird to cash in on a well known song another drummer had created. It'd be like Jay Weinberg doing a breakdown on Duality or Mike Mangini doing a breakdown of Dance of Eternity.
Love seeing the play through. Probably not the most famous breakdown in metal though. imo that honor goes to either A Day To Remember - The Downfall of Us All, or Haste The Day - When Everything Falls.
Either way Laid to rest has always and will always be a banger!
Can't wait adler with this channel.
Is drumeo and lamb of god trying to make me forget Chris Adler......is Art going to break down Hour Glass, Something to die for....i love Art Cruz ....Memento Mori is killer.....but Laid to rest is Chris Adler
Very good and entertaining drummer. I find it strange, however, that in both this video and the others Chris Adler is never mentioned, as he is the historical drummer as well as the author of the drum parts for this song.
