For years the HG-1 was the gold standard in hand grinders, but with a decade of iteration and improvements it was reborn as the HG-2. Now available in Mk2 edition, the HG series boasts all of the innovations from the Key Mk2 edition: Integrated Bean Feeder that houses new bottom bearing, 30% larger loading capacity, and an improved Magic Tumbler to eliminate need for RDT. For human-powered grinding, this is as good as it gets.

Beautiful kit. Excessively priced. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered the moonraker distribution tool. Came damaged. No emails responded to, no instagram responded to. £400+ down the drain haha.
EDIT- you will note Weber had immediately got in touch with me on this thread.
For balance. Experienced the complete opposite. Great customer service with personalised videos to help me rectify my issue. Could not have asked for anything else.
Reach back out, I had issues and they fixed mine and provided me with a coupon for a future purchase. Agreed they are pricey but try again, they’ll take care of you.

Have an HG-1 and a spring clean, and bean vaults have had issues in the past and Webber has been quick to respond and professional suggest you try again.
I own the EG-1, unifilter, unibasket, moonraker, puck screens, epf dock, bean cellar, moulin salt and pepper, The BIRD, spring clean and other little things. I have NEVER had an issue with quality or customer service. I will admit I am a total Weber Workshops fanboy but there is a VERY good reason for that. Love this company!
I swear mazzer or ssp or whatever needs to come out with an 83mm ultra low fines conical burrset. That would basically make this thing the final god boss of manual brew grinders.

The only thing that isn't left handed is the support handle with the built-in brush. It is already made with an eposed screw design all that it needs is the two holes on the opposite side to have the ability to swap the side of that handle and it doesn't exist.
